I. Safety Warnings

  • ⚠️ Read these instructions carefully before first use and keep them as part of the appliance. Pass them on to any subsequent user.
  • Check that the voltage on the type label matches your electrical socket. The power plug must be connected to a properly connected and grounded socket according to national standards.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on safe use and understand the risks.
  • Children must not play with the appliance.
  • User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children younger than 8 years and unsupervised. Keep children younger than 8 years away from the appliance and its power cord.
  • Use the electric kettle only with the stand designed for this type.
  • WARNING: Do not open the lid when the water is boiling or hot.
  • Never immerse the kettle and its stand in water or other liquids (even partially).
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or a similarly qualified person to prevent hazards.
  • Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it malfunctions, if it has been dropped and damaged, or if it has fallen into water. In such cases, take the appliance to an authorized service center for safety and functional checks.
  • ? CAUTION: Do not use the appliance with a timer, time switch, or any other device that turns it on automatically, as this poses a fire risk if the appliance is covered or improperly placed.
  • The kettle is intended for heating a maximum of 1.7 liters of water. If the water level exceeds the recommended maximum, hot water may splash out.
  • WARNING: Position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle.
  • The kettle must not be used without the filter sieve.
  • When the appliance is in operation, prevent pets, plants, or insects from coming into contact with it.
  • Do not plug or unplug the power cord with wet hands or by pulling the cord itself.
  • The appliance is intended for domestic use and similar environments (shops, offices, hotels, motels, bed & breakfast establishments). It is not for commercial use.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended while heating water.
  • The stand is designed exclusively for this kettle and must not be used for other purposes. Do not use the kettle outdoors.
  • Do not place any objects on the appliance.
  • The electric kettle is for heating water only. Never insert tea bags, loose tea, or other ingredients into the kettle.
  • Use the appliance only in its upright working position, in a stable location, away from heat sources (stoves, ovens, grills), flammable materials (curtains), and wet surfaces (sinks).
  • Do not place the appliance near or under objects that could be damaged by steam (walls, kitchen cabinets, paintings, curtains).
  • Do not use in environments saturated with explosive or flammable vapors.
  • Do not use in areas where chemicals, paints, or other hazardous substances are stored or used.
  • Ensure there is water in the kettle before operation. Do not fill the kettle while it is on the stand.
  • Do not touch the outer surfaces during operation, as they are hot and pose a burn risk. Do not touch the lid during or after boiling.
  • Before switching on, check that the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks.
  • Handle with care to avoid scalding from hot water or steam.
  • If the kettle will not be used for an extended period, disconnect the stand from the power supply.
  • The appliance is equipped with a heat safety lock that disconnects power if the steam sensor fails, if the water boils dry, or if the empty kettle is switched on. If this occurs, unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Do not fill with cold water to cool it down quickly, as this may reduce the life of the heating element.
  • Regularly check the condition of the power cord.
  • Never place the power cord on hot surfaces or let it hang over the edge of a table or worktop. Pulling or snagging the cord (e.g., by children) can cause the appliance to tip over or fall, leading to serious injury.
  • The power cord must not be damaged by sharp or hot objects, open flames, or be immersed in water or bent over sharp edges.
  • If an extension cord is necessary, ensure it is undamaged and meets applicable standards.
  • Use this appliance and its accessories only for their intended purpose as described in this manual.
  • WARNING: Improper use of the appliance may result in injury.
  • Manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use (e.g., burns, fire) or failure to comply with safety warnings.

Diagram Description: The diagram shows the electric kettle (A) with its components labeled A1 through A6, and the detachable stand (B) with its components labeled B1 and B2. The kettle features a handle (A4), a lid (A5), and a water gauge (A3). The stand includes a central connector (B1) and a power cord (B2).

III. Instructions for Use

Before first use, fill the kettle with clean cold water to the MAX level, turn it on, and let it boil. Then, pour out the water and repeat this process several times (at least five times). This will properly boil out the kettle and remove any potential plastic taste. If a plastic taste persists, repeat the procedure as described in Section IV. Maintenance – Cleaning the Kettle. Another recommendation is to leave the empty kettle open for 24 hours.

Applications

Unwind the required length of the power cord (B2) from the storage compartment of the stand (B). Place the stand on a suitable, stable surface at least 85 cm high, out of reach of children and unauthorized persons. Plug the power cord into an electrical socket. Hold the kettle (A) by the handle (A4). Open the lid (A5) and fill the kettle with drinking water. The minimum and maximum water levels are marked on the water gauge (A3). Close the lid. Place the filled kettle on the stand and switch it on by pressing the A1 button to position I. The control light (A2) will illuminate, indicating the kettle is in operation. After boiling, the appliance switches off automatically. You can switch off the appliance before boiling by turning the A1 button to position 0. Always use fresh drinking water for boiling.

Attention

  • When heating water, the lid must be closed; otherwise, the steam sensor will not function.
  • If the kettle is tilted backward, especially when filled to maximum, water may flow out from the bottom part. This does not affect safety or function and is not a defect. Tilting the kettle with hot water poses a scalding risk, so avoid tilting it.
  • Recommendation: When not in use, do not place the kettle on the stand connected to the mains. If you will not use the kettle for a long time, unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
  • If the kettle is removed from the stand before boiling, it remains in the ON position. It will immediately resume heating when placed back on the stand.

IV. Maintenance

Before any maintenance, unplug the appliance from the power socket! Clean the kettle only after it has cooled down! Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents (e.g., sharp objects, scrapers, solvents). The kettle's casing is made of high-quality plastic, and the heating base is made of high-quality stainless steel. However, normal use may lead to water scale deposits, especially above the heating element. This is not corrosion or a material defect and is not grounds for complaint.

Cleaning the Kettle

For kettles with limescale, pour about 50 g of citric acid into the kettle. Fill with water to about half, stir, and let dissolve. Then, fill to 3/4 of the maximum water level. Place the kettle on the stand and turn it on. Before boiling, turn it off, let the solution sit for about 10 minutes, then pour it out. Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water. For very heavy soiling, repeat the process. Clean the kettle regularly!

Cleaning the Sieve (A6)

Remove the sieve from the kettle. Clean any deposits under running water with a soft brush. Reinsert the sieve in the reverse order.

Extensive maintenance or repairs requiring access to internal parts must be performed by authorized service personnel only. Failure to follow manufacturer's instructions voids the warranty.
