Introduction
The handle of the iron is open and adapted for ironing with the right and left hand. The rear of the handle forms a support that enables placing the iron in a rest position. Handling during ironing is made easier by a swing-out power cable terminal. The control light signals automatic switching on and off by the thermostat, which maintains the set temperature. The temperature regulation of the ironing plate is continuous.
Safety Instructions
Before the first use, read the instructions for use carefully, look at the pictures, and store the instructions for future reference. Consider the instructions as part of the appliance and pass them on to any other user.
- Check that the data on the type label corresponds with the voltage in your socket. The power cord plug must be connected to a properly connected and grounded socket.
- Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it has fallen and been damaged, or if it is leaking. In such cases, take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
- Do not leave the iron plugged in power supply without supervision!
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand the associated hazards. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or a similarly qualified person to prevent dangerous situations.
- The iron must be used and placed on a stable surface.
- Before replacing accessories or accessible parts that move during operation, before assembly and disassembly, and before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket.
- Do not put or take out the plug to or from a socket with wet hands, and do not pull the power cord.
- The product is intended for home use and similar environments (shops, offices, hotels, motels, bed and breakfast accommodations). It is not intended for commercial use.
- The thermostat must never be used as a switch.
- Never immerse the appliance into water (even its parts).
- Prevent loose hanging of the supply cable over the edge of the worktop where children could access it.
- Do not place the iron in a way that could represent harm (e.g., fire, burn, or scalding).
- When putting the iron on a stand, ensure the surface is stable.
- When switching the iron on for the first time, set the highest temperature and leave the iron on for at least 10 minutes without water. Light fume may emerge, caused by the burning of lubricants and binding agents.
- Ensure the power cord is always dry and undamaged.
- Regularly check the condition of the power cord.
- Avoid free hanging of the power cord over the edge of a worktop where children could reach it.
- The power cord must not be damaged by sharp or hot objects, open flame, or be sunk into water, nor bent over sharp edges.
- If an extension cord is needed, ensure it is undamaged and complies with valid standards.
- Never use the appliance for any purpose other than that described in these instructions.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use (e.g., burns, fire, damaged laundry, scratched or soiled soleplate). The guarantee does not apply if safety warnings are not followed.

Instructions for Use
Removing Packaging
Remove all packing material and take out the iron with accessories. Remove any labels, protective foils, or covers from the soleplate before the first use.
Ironing Temperatures
Sort laundry and iron according to care instructions (e.g., manufacturer's recommendation on the clothing label). If instructions are missing and you know the material, follow the table referenced in Figure 3. This table applies only to materials, not decorations or treatments.
- Start ironing from the lowest temperature setting upwards. For garments made of mixed materials or treated with finishes like stringing, purls, or relief, always iron according to the material requiring the lower temperature. If the material is unknown, test the temperature on an inconspicuous area of the garment.
- For woolen fabrics, ironing on the back side is recommended. Pure wool can be ironed through a clean white cloth. Velvet and similar fabrics should be ironed in one direction to prevent glossy areas.
Ironing
Place the iron in the rest position (Figure 4). Set the temperature level on the regulation wheel A3 according to the selected fabric (Figure 2). Plug the power cord A6 into a socket. The control light A2 going out indicates that the correct temperature has been reached.
Warning
The regulation wheel A3 (Figure 2) is marked with international symbols recommending optimal ironing temperatures, which correspond to markings on various types of laundry and textiles (Figure 3). When the iron heats up from cold or when changing from a higher to a lower temperature, wait a moment for the soleplate temperature to stabilize. Differences in thermal expansion between the soleplate and the housing may cause crackling sounds, especially during heating and cooling. This is not a fault.
Storage
After finishing ironing, let the iron cool down. Wind the power cord A6 around the rear part of the handle A5 and place the iron in the rest position (Figure 5). Store the appliance in a dry, dust-free, and safe place, out of reach of children and incapacitated persons.
Maintenance
Before any maintenance, unplug the iron from the power supply and let it cool down! Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, steel wool, vinegar, or other chemicals! Wipe any dirt from the soleplate with a damp cloth, or use a non-abrasive (liquid) cleaning agent. Wipe the entire iron with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. To avoid scratching the soleplate, protect it from contact with hard, especially metal, objects.
Environment and Disposal
Where dimensions allow, labels of materials used for packaging, components, and accessories are marked for recycling. Symbols on the product or documentation indicate that used electrical or electronic products must not be disposed of with municipal waste. For proper disposal, hand them over at designated collection points where they will be accepted free of charge. Correct disposal helps preserve valuable natural resources and prevents potential negative impacts on the environment and human health. For more details, contact your local authority or nearest collection site. Improper disposal may incur fines according to national regulations.
If the appliance is to be permanently taken out of service, it is recommended to cut the power cord after disconnecting it from the mains to render the appliance unusable.
More extensive maintenance or work requiring intervention in the appliance's internal parts must be carried out by professional service. Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions will void the guarantee.
