Using the Kettle
- LEDs briefly light up to indicate readiness. The 100° button LED lights up continuously as the default. The appliance enters standby mode after 2 minutes of inactivity, and the LED turns off. Press any temperature selection button 5 to reactivate.
- Open the lid by pressing the button 2. The lid is not removable.
- Fill with the desired amount of water, checking the water level scale on the handle 3. Do not fill beyond the MAX mark (1.7 L). Always fill to at least the MIN mark. Do not operate without water.
- Close the lid by pressing it down 4.
- Place the kettle on the base.
- The appliance offers 3 preset temperature levels: 100° (boiling water), 95° (ideal for manual coffee brewing), and 80° (e.g., for green tea). Using 80° or 95° saves energy. Select the desired temperature by briefly pressing the corresponding button 5. The blue tank light is on only during heating.
- Start the heating process:
- 7.1 Without keep-warm function: After selecting temperature 5, press the on/off button 6. The water tank LED lights up, and the selected temperature button LED flashes. Both LEDs turn off when the desired temperature is reached, indicating the process is complete.
- 7.2 With keep-warm function: Select 95° or 80° and press the keep-warm button 7 instead of the on/off button. The water tank LED and keep-warm button LED light up, and the selected temperature button LED flashes. After heating, the appliance keeps water at the selected temperature for 30 minutes. Both keep-warm and temperature LEDs remain illuminated. All LEDs turn off after the keep-warm period. The 100° setting cannot be used with the keep-warm function.
- The heating process or keep-warm function can be stopped manually at any time by pressing the on/off button 6, the keep-warm button 7, or by lifting the kettle off the base.

The heating element has overheating protection. If the kettle is accidentally switched on without water or if the water boils dry, the protection will automatically switch off the appliance. Allow it to cool down before refilling.
Lime Filter
The lime filter in the spout retains lime particles. To clean, pull it upwards out of the kettle 8.

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Cleaning
Use a soft, damp cloth and washing-up liquid for the exterior. Never immerse the appliance or cord in water, or clean under running water. Do not use abrasive or harsh detergents.
