Warranty Information
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO ONLY®.
- MCOMBO® will replace defective parts or send replacement items provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged wire arising in consequence of negligence or improper operation).
- All Mcombo chairs come with a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for defective and damaged items, through a provided pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer's convenience.

Assembly Instructions
Assembly of Ottoman
Step 1: Attach the 2 Ottoman Legs (#A) to the Ottoman Frame (#B). Use 8 Screws (#K) and tighten them with the Allen Wrench (#M). The diagram shows the legs attaching to the underside corners of the ottoman frame.
Step 2: Place the Ottoman Cushion (#C) onto the Ottoman Frame (#B). Ensure there is no gap between the cushion and the frame. Adjust the cushion until it fits perfectly.
Assembly of Chair
Step 3: Attach the Chair Back (#H) to the Seat Frame (#G). Use 4 Screws (#L) and tighten them with the Allen Wrench (#M). The diagram shows the chair back connecting to the rear of the seat frame.
Step 4: Attach the Right Arm Frame (#E) and Left Arm Frame (#F) to the Seat Frame (#G). Use 8 Screws (#L) and tighten them with the Allen Wrench (#M). The diagram shows the arm frames connecting to the sides of the seat frame.
Step 5: Use the 4 Velcro Straps (#N) to secure the Arm Frames (#E & #F) to the Seat Frame (#G). The diagram shows the straps wrapping around the connection points.
Step 6: Place the Seat Cushion (#J) onto the Seat Frame (#G). Secure it using 4 Screws (#L) from underneath the seat frame.
Step 7: Place the Chair Back Cushion (#I) onto the Chair Back (#H). Attach the 2 Armrests (#D) to the Seat Cushion (#J). The diagram shows the cushions being placed and the armrests attaching to the sides of the seat cushion.
