Intel Platform Installation
Important Note: Orienting the tubes towards the bottom provides the best performance.
Steps:
- Attach the correct mounting bracket (A for LGA1700, D for LGA115X/1200) to the motherboard.
- Install the corresponding standoffs (F for LGA1700, E for LGA115X/1200).
- Screw the opposite corner in order.
- Mount the CPU block onto the motherboard.
AMD Platform Installation
Steps:
- Attach the AMD mounting bracket (B) to the motherboard.
- Install the standoffs (E).
- Mount the CPU block onto the motherboard.
Chassis Installation
Mount the radiator and fans (F, G) into the chassis.
Use Velcro straps (H) to manage cables.
Controller and Fan Configuration
Controller Limitations:
- Maximum output: 22.5W.
- Use L-Connect 3 software for lighting effects. Lower brightness for static white.
- Supports up to 6 UNI FAN SL-INF fans for motherboard sync at 100% static white brightness.
Fan Removal/Installation:
- Fixed: Secure the fan.
- Release: Detach the fan.
Power Module Cable Orientation: Follow the steps to switch the cable orientation on the power module.
Magnetic Adhesive Pad Usage: Remove the adhesive backing from the magnetic pad (P) and attach it as needed.
Power Module Installation
Ensure the correct orientation of the power module sockets, as they have different sizes.
Steps:
- Connect the power module (Q) to the designated slot.
- Secure the power module.
Thermal Paste Application
Note: Apply thermal paste only during the second installation.
Apply thermal paste (J or K) to the CPU surface.
Cable Connection Guide
UNI FAN SL-INF Single Pack Connection: Connect the UNI FAN SL-INF single pack cables as shown.
General Connections:
- Connect to USB header for screen and LED control.
- Connect to 5V ARGB 3-pin header.
- Connect to PSU SATA 15-pin power.
- Connect to 4-PIN PWM header for pump control.
Warning: Do not connect the wrong type of LED connector. Connecting to a 12V connector will cause permanent damage.
