Dimension Compatibility Check
Ensure compatibility with your PC case. The dimensions of the cooler are:
- Length: 400mm
- Width: 139mm
- Depth: 69mm
Receiver Installation
Follow these steps to install the receiver unit:
Align the slots on the receiver and the fan. Insert the receiver's locking tab into the fan's groove. Push leftward until it clicks into place.
Note: Pay attention to the slot size of the receiver and fan.
Adjusting Water Pipe Position
The position of the water pipe can be adjusted for optimal placement.
When the screws (labeled D) are unscrewed, the metal component is able to move from side to side. This allows adjustment of the screw position to control the water pipe fastener, ensuring it is positioned correctly above the CPU.
Intel LGA1700 Installation Steps
These steps detail the installation process for Intel LGA1700 sockets.
Step 1: Install Backboard and Clip Bracket
Please install the bracket after installing the CPU.
Note: Hex head facing upward.
Note: Pay attention to the installation direction of the components.
Thread the LGA 1700 backplate nuts through the motherboard. Then, secure the LGA 1700 mounting bracket onto the motherboard using the dual-threaded nuts.
Before installation, remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape on the backplate.
Recommendation: Install the mounting bracket assembly first before securing the motherboard to the case. It is strongly recommended to complete this step prior to motherboard installation. If the motherboard is already installed, lay the case horizontally to simplify the process.
As shown in the diagram, ensure the retention bracket is oriented correctly.
