Assembly Instructions

The Pyramid Horn Guard for the CB750 Hornet utilises the existing mounting location for the motorcycle horn. Please ensure the horn is supported when removing the bolt for installation in order to avoid any unnecessary damage.

• Begin by removing the existing M8 bolt (Item 2). As mentioned above, please be aware that the horn will fall as the bolt is being removed.
• Place the Pyramid Horn Cover (Item 1) over the horn, aligning the holes. Re-insert the bolt and tighten it so that both the horn and the horn cover are secure. Use 'FIG. 1' for reference.
• Ensure the horn returns to its original position by pressing it against the notched framework on the motorcycle. Adjust the position of the horn cover as required to ensure that it covers the horn correctly. Once in position, tighten until significant resistance is detected.
• The horn cover has now been fully fitted, as shown in 'FIG. 2'.

Please Note: We advise that all fixings are checked periodically.
