Connect the base panel to the side panels using dowels (151707, 151708) and cam bolts/locks (e.g., 10039873, 10039878). Ensure a "CLICK!" sound confirms secure locking.
Step 2: Attach Side Panels
Attach the main side panels to the base and any intermediate panels using dowels and cam bolts/locks. Follow the sequence shown in the diagrams.
Step 3: Insert Back Panels
Slide the thin back panels into the grooves along the rear edges of the assembled frame.
Step 4: Assemble Lower Cabinet Box
Continue building the lower section of the cabinet by connecting panels with dowels and cam locks. Ensure all connections are tight.
Step 5: Attach Shelf Supports
Insert shelf supports (e.g., 151707) into the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet sections at desired heights.
Step 6: Mount Hinges to Cabinet
Attach hinge components (e.g., 10093081, 10093082) to the designated mounting points on the cabinet frame using screws (e.g., 144574).
Step 7: Install Drawer Slides
Attach drawer slide runners (e.g., 101345) to the sides of the cabinet structure using screws.
