Declaration of Conformity

The undersigned trade agent in turnover on the European Union community, representing the importer to the EU, following the obligations resulting from the content of Regulation No. 2024/1328 of the European Parliament and the Council of 16.05.2024 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), hereby informs that during the production process of Akyga products, no hazardous materials and substances within the meaning of the REACH provisions were used.

In the context of REACH regulations, the Company has launched actions that obligate its suppliers to constantly analyze their own production processes and current fulfillment of requirements resulting from the current legal status. As a result of these activities, Akyga has gained or is in the process of acquiring from its direct suppliers appropriate declarations that they are aware of the requirements imposed by the REACH directive and will respond to all changes in its regulations within required deadlines.

In the absence of other effective mechanisms that allow monitoring adherence to the directive throughout the supply chain, Akyga treats each supplier statement as a legal provision of their products' compatibility with actual REACH requirements. All suppliers who fail to make a statement within the agreed deadline are suspended and, in the future, deleted from the list of suppliers.
