4. Prior to using for the first time
A. Fill the Rinse Aid Dispenser
The rinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water spots and streaks, improving drying. Your dishwasher is designed for liquid rinse aids.
To fill the dispenser, open the cap and pour rinse aid until the level indicator turns black. The dispenser holds approximately 110ml.
Function of Rinse Aid: Rinse aid is automatically added during the last rinse for thorough rinsing and spot/streak-free drying.
Attention! Only use branded rinse aid for dishwashers. Never fill the dispenser with other substances (e.g., dishwasher cleaning agent, liquid detergent), as this could damage the appliance.
When to Refill the Rinse Aid Dispenser: If there is no rinse-aid warning light, check the optical level indicator 'C' next to the cap. When full, the indicator is dark. As rinse aid diminishes, the dark dot decreases. Never let the rinse aid level drop below 1/4 full.
Refilling Steps:
- Turn the cap to the "open" arrow and lift it out.
- Pour rinse aid into the dispenser, avoiding overfilling.
- Replace the cap by aligning it with the "open" arrow and turning it to the closed (right) arrow.
NOTE: Clean up any spilled rinse aid with an absorbent cloth to avoid excessive foaming during the next wash. Replace the cap before closing the dishwasher door.
Adjusting Rinse Aid Dispenser
The rinse aid dispenser has six or four settings. Start with setting "4". If spots or poor drying occur, increase the rinse aid by moving the dial to "5" or higher until dishes are spot-free. The recommended setting is "4".
NOTE: Increase dose for water spots or lime spots. Reduce dose for sticky whitish stains or bluish film on glassware.
B. Function of Detergent
Detergents remove dirt, crush dirt, and transport it out of the dishwasher. Most commercial detergents are suitable.
Detergents:
There are three types of detergents:
- With phosphate and chlorine
- With phosphate and without chlorine
- Without phosphate and without chloride
Pulverised detergents are typically phosphate-free. If using phosphate-free detergents with hard water, fill the salt container even if water hardness is only 6 °dH to prevent white spots. If white spots appear, add more detergent. Detergents without chlorine offer minimal bleaching; strong and colored spots may not be completely removed. In such cases, use a program with a higher temperature.
Concentrated Detergent:
Dishwashers can use two main types of concentrated detergents:
- Conventional, alkaline detergents with caustic components.
- Low alkaline concentrated detergents with natural enzymes.
Using "normal" wash programs with concentrated detergents is environmentally friendly and good for dishes, as these programs are matched to the enzyme properties of the detergent. This can achieve results similar to "intensive" programs.
Detergent Tablets:
Detergent tablets dissolve at different speeds. For short programs, some tablets may not fully dissolve. Use long programs with detergent tablets to ensure complete removal of detergent residue.
Detergent Dispenser
The dispenser must be refilled before each wash cycle, following the Wash Cycle Table. This dishwasher uses less detergent and rinse aid than conventional ones. Generally, one tablespoon of detergent is sufficient for a normal load. Heavily soiled items may require more detergent. Add detergent just before starting the dishwasher to prevent it from becoming damp and not dissolving properly.
Amount of Detergent to Use:
The dispenser has markings for dosing levels:
- A: Main wash cycle detergent.
- B: Pre-wash cycle detergent.
Follow the manufacturer's dosing and storage recommendations on the detergent packaging.
Close the lid until it locks. If dishes are heavily soiled, add extra detergent to the pre-wash chamber.
NOTE: Refer to the Wash Cycle Table (page 11) for detergent amounts per program. Differences may occur based on soiling level and water hardness. Observe detergent packaging recommendations.
WARNING! Dishwasher detergent is corrosive. Keep out of reach of children.
5. Loading the Dishwasher Baskets

WARNING! Opening the door during washing can cause scalding from hot water.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Filtering System
The filter prevents large food remnants from entering the pump. The system consists of a coarse filter, a main filter (flat), and a micro filter (fine filter).
- Main filter (1): Food and soil particles are pulverized by a spray jet and washed down the drain.
- Fine filter (2): Holds soil and food residue in the sump area, preventing redeposit on dishes.
- Coarse filter (3): Traps larger items like bone or glass that could block the drain. Squeeze the tap on top to remove trapped items.
Filter assembly
The filter efficiently removes food particles for water recycling. For best performance, clean the filter assembly regularly. Remove larger food particles after each wash cycle by rinsing the filter and cup under running water. To remove the filter assembly, pull the cup handle upwards.
WARNING!
- Never run the dishwasher without filters in place.
- Improper filter replacement can reduce performance and damage dishes/utensils.
Filter Removal/Installation:
- Step 1: Counter-rotate the Fine filter.
- Step 2: Lift it up.
- Step 3: Lift the Main filter up.
NOTE: Removing from Step 1 to 3 removes the filter system. Installing from Step 3 to 1 installs it.
Cleaning The Filter:
Clean the coarse and fine filters with a cleaning brush. Reassemble the filter parts as shown and reinsert the assembly into the dishwasher, pressing downward.
WARNING! Do not knock the filters when cleaning, as they could become contorted, reducing performance.
Caring for the Dishwasher
Clean the control panel with a lightly dampened cloth and dry thoroughly. Use appliance polish wax for the exterior. Never use sharp objects, scouring pads, or harsh cleaners.
Cleaning The Door
Use a soft, warm, damp cloth to clean around the door edge. Avoid water penetration into the door lock and electrical components; do not use spray cleaners. Do not use abrasive agents or paper towels, as they may scratch the stainless steel surface.
Protect Against Freezing
Take frost protection measures in winter. After each wash cycle:
- Cut off electrical power.
- Turn off the water supply and disconnect the inlet pipe.
- Drain water from the inlet pipe and valve.
- Reconnect the water inlet pipe.
- Remove the filter at the bottom of the tub and use a sponge to soak up any remaining water.
NOTE: If the dishwasher cannot work due to ice, contact professional service personnel.
Cleaning the Spray Arms
Spray arms can be removed for periodic cleaning of nozzles to prevent clogging. Wash under running water and replace them carefully, ensuring their rotary movement is unimpeded.
Grasp the middle of the spray arm and pull upwards to remove. Wash under running water and return to their seats. Check rotation after reassembly.
How to Keep Your Dishwasher in Shape
After Every Wash
- Turn off the water supply.
- Leave the door slightly open to prevent moisture and odors.
Remove the Plug
Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning or maintenance.
No Solvents or Abrasive Cleaning
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products on the exterior or rubber parts. Use a cloth with warm soapy water. For interior spots, use a damp cloth with a little vinegar or a specific dishwasher cleaner.
When it is not in need for a long time
Run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty. Remove the plug, turn off the water supply, and leave the door slightly open to help door seals last longer and prevent odors.
Moving the Appliance
Keep the appliance in a vertical position when moving. If necessary, it can be tilted onto its back.
Seals
Food trapped in seals can cause odors. Periodic cleaning with a damp sponge will prevent this.
8. Installation instruction
Attention: Installation of pipes and electrical equipment should be done by professionals.
Warning: Electrical Shock Hazard. Disconnect electrical power before installing. Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
Installation preparation
The dishwasher should be installed near existing inlet and drain hoses and a power cord. The cabinet sink area should facilitate drain hose connection.
Positioning the Appliance
Position the appliance with its back against the wall and sides along adjacent cabinets or wall. Water supply and drain hoses can be positioned to the right or left.
About Power Connection
WARNING! For personal safety:
- DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION CORD OR AN ADAPTER PLUG.
- DO NOT CUT OR REMOVE THE EARTHING CONNECTION FROM THE POWER CORD.
Electrical Requirements
Refer to the rating label for voltage and frequency. Use the required 10-amp time delay fuse or circuit breaker, and provide a separate circuit for this appliance.
Electrical Connection
Ensure voltage and frequency match the rating plate. Insert the plug into an earthed electrical socket. If the socket is not appropriate, replace it rather than using adapters, which can cause overheating.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be earthed. In case of malfunction, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock. The appliance has a cord with an equipment-earthing conductor and an earthing plug. Plug into an appropriate, installed, and grounded outlet according to local standards.
WARNING! Improper connection of the equipment-earthing conductor can cause electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure about grounding. Do not modify the plug; if it does not fit the outlet, have a qualified electrician install a proper outlet.
Water Connection
Cold Water Connection
Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4 inch connector. Ensure it is tightly fastened. If water pipes are new or unused for a long time, run water to ensure it is clear and free of impurities to prevent blockage and appliance damage.
NOTE: If the supplied hose does not fit your tap, contact your local plumbing supply center for adapters.
WARNING! Please close the hydrant after using.
Connection of drain hoses
Insert the drain hose into a drain pipe with a minimum diameter of 4cm, or run it into the sink. Avoid bending or crimping the hose. Use the provided plastic support. The hose end must be at a height lower than 30cm and not immersed in water to prevent backflow.
Attention: Securely fasten the plastic hose support to the wall to prevent the drain hose from moving and spilling water outside the drain.
How to Drain Excess Water From Hoses
If the sink is 1000mm higher than the floor, excess water cannot drain directly into the sink. Drain excess water into a bowl or container held outside and lower than the sink.
Water Outlet
Connect the water drain hose correctly to avoid leaks. Ensure it is not kinked or squashed.
Extension Hose
If an extension hose is needed, use a similar drain hose. It should not be longer than 4 meters, as this can reduce cleaning effectiveness.
Start of dishwasher
Check the following before starting:
- Dishwasher is level and fixed properly.
- Inlet valve is open.
- No leakage at connections.
- Wires are tightly connected.
- Power is switched on.
- Inlet and drain hoses are not knotted.
- All packing materials and printings are removed.
Attention: After installation, keep this manual. It is very helpful to users.
