1.0. How to disassemble machine

2.0. Machine explosive

Whole machine explosive

The printing head support 1 million times of printing, only need to change when the printing is not complete.

Do not disassemble or loose screw of this part no matter what.

4.0. Common Issue reference

Feeding issue

Problem Description: Machine happens feeding hardly, double error, chain error, skew error, jam issue, miss counted.

Reason: Feeding gap is not in a properly distance.

Solution: Adjust the feeding gap to the properly distance as following picture shows:

Electromagnetic issue

Problem Description: 1. Machine happens BC error 2. jam issue 3. PS2 4. PS3

Reason: Electromagnetic reaction problem.

Solution: 1. Check the shelf holder of electromagnetic if loosen 2. Check the electromagnetic itself can be movable 3. The plastic of toggle bill part if change of shape during using.

5.0. Error list & Trouble shooting

Feeding issue

ERROR REASON
E1: UV Error Note doesn't have UV
E2: Double Error Double or Multi notes passed together
E3: Chain Error Double or Multi notes counted in chain
E4: Skew Error Note counted skewed too much
E5: Full Reject pocket or Stacker full
E6: Half note Error The note is not complete
Interval Error The distance between two notes passed by is too short
Width Error The width of note incorrect
Signal T Error Signal transport problem
Data Process Error Data processing over time limit
Denomination Error Denomination don't match with count set
Image Error Counterfeit or Data recognize problem
Face Error Face of note doesn't match with count set
Orientation Error Orientation of note doesn't match with count set
DOI Error Date of Issue for note doesn't match with count set
Version Error Version of note doesn't match with count set
MT Error Note has magnetic problem
MT2 Error Note has magnetic problem
MG1 Error Note has magnetic problem
MG2 Error Note has magnetic problem
MG3 Error Note has magnetic problem
MG4 Error Note has magnetic problem
S.Skew Error Super skew of note
IR Error Note has IR (transmit and reflection) problem

Display issue

Problem Description: 1. Machine display happens splash screen 2. white screen or no response when touching it The count remain O during counting.

Reason: 1. Display itself problem 2. Display board has unsolder problem 3. Mainboard problem.

Solution: 1. Replace the display 2. Replace the display board 3. Replace mainboard.

Mainboard issue

Problem Description: 1. Machine display happens splash screen 2. CIS calibration failed 3. Too much error happen 4. Mainboard error 5. Machine doesn't count.

Reason: Mainboard chip damaged or unsolder problem.

Solution: Replace the mainboard.

CIS issue

Problem Description: 1. All notes rejected 2. CIS calibration failed.

Reason: CIS or CIS cable damaged.

Solution: Replace CIS.

6.0. Fcc caution
