Product Management

A. Charging: Charge your device for 3 hours before first use.

B. Charging Indicator: The red LED blinks slowly every 3 seconds while charging. A solid red light indicates a full charge.

C. Starting the Unit: Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds until the unit vibrates.

D. Turning Off the Unit: Press and hold the On/Off button for 10 seconds until the unit vibrates.

E. Energy Saving Mode: The unit enters energy-saving mode when no movement is detected and wakes up automatically when movement is detected.

Charging Instructions: Connect the supplied magnetic charger to the charging pins. Connect the USB cable to your computer or a USB power adapter.

Getting Started – Download the MiniFinder Live App

To begin using your MiniFinder Atto Pro, download the MiniFinder Live App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can click the icons directly or search for "MiniFinder Live" in your respective app store.

MiniFinder Live Introduction

MiniFinder Live is a system designed for real-time positioning, smart alerts, and valuable insights to enhance safety and efficiency. Paired with the MiniFinder Atto Pro, it provides real-time location tracking, smart notifications, and insights for monitoring pets or other animals.

This manual offers step-by-step guidance on using the MiniFinder Live app effectively.

App Overview

After installing the app, create an account by clicking "Sign Up" and entering your email address and a password. Once logged in, you will see an app overview.

Menu

The quick menu is accessed by clicking the white MiniFinder button, providing access to features like Tags, Geofence, and the Scanner tool.

The main menu, located in the top left corner, offers additional options such as Profile, Devices, Contacts, Reminders, and more.

Add a New Device

To add a new device:

  1. Navigate to the menu, select Devices, and click the plus sign [+].
  2. Scan the barcode on your MiniFinder package to automatically populate the IMEI number, or manually enter it if the package is unavailable.
  3. Name your device, update the profile picture, and select a color.
  4. Click Add device.

After adding the device, you will be redirected to choose a subscription plan.

Device List

Your devices can be found in the Device List under the Devices section in the main menu.

Expanding the drop-down menu for a device provides access to several options:

  1. Show on Map: View the device's current location.
  2. Device Settings: Adjust tracking and alert preferences.
  3. Profile: Edit device information.
  4. Log: View event history.
  5. Comments: Add notes related to the device.

Device Panel

The Device Panel offers insights into your device's location history and movement patterns.

Access the Device Panel by clicking your device's icon on the map. This provides a detailed view with tracking data, including recent routes, timestamps, and key metrics.

Device Settings

Within the Device Panel, click on Settings to fine-tune features and preferences, adjust update intervals, and configure alerts and notifications to optimize device performance.

Alarm Notifications

Access alarm notifications by clicking the blinking bell icon ? in the top left corner of the screen. This section is divided into three categories:

Within each section, you can dismiss alarms, view details, or click the pin icon ? to see the event's location on the map.

Creating a Geofence

To create a geofence:

  1. Open the Geofence from the quick menu.
  2. Choose to draw a polygon or a circle for your geofence.
  3. If using a polygon, mark the area by connecting points on the map.
  4. Select the device to link to the geofence and define alert triggers (entry, exit, or both).
  5. Give the geofence a name, choose a color, and click Save.

Tags

Tags allow you to highlight important locations on the map for your tracking setup.

To create a tag:

  1. Select Tags in the quick menu.
  2. Move the pointer to the desired location on the map.
  3. Choose the tag type, add a label, and include any additional information.
  4. Click Save. The tag will appear on the map.

Add a Contact

To view contacts on the map or share location information, add them as contacts first.

Steps to add a new contact:

  1. Tap the menu in the upper left corner and select Contacts.
  2. Click the Add Contact icon next to the search bar. Choose whether to sync contacts from your mobile phone.
  3. Enter the person's email address or phone number in the search field and click the magnifying glass icon ? to search.
  4. Confirm the contact when they appear. Your request will be sent immediately.
  5. The person must accept your request to start sharing location or device information.

Share Location with a Contact

Sharing your location with contacts can enhance safety and communication. To share your location:

  1. Tap the menu in the upper left corner, go to Contacts, and select the person.
  2. When the contact is open, choose to share your location or the location of a specific device.
  3. You can grant full access, allowing the contact to see all available information linked to the device.
  4. Confirm the settings to share the location.

Reminder

MiniFinder Live includes a calendar feature for staying organized. To create a reminder:

  1. Click on the menu and select Reminder.
  2. Schedule events like vet appointments or feeding times.
  3. Choose the date, set the repeat frequency, and click Save.

Your reminders will appear in the calendar, helping you track key activities.
