[Earthquake/Power Outage]: Follow staff instructions. Evacuate via emergency stairs to the 2F Indoor Evacuation Area (Cafeteria). Do not use elevators. In case of an earthquake, due to tsunami risk, evacuate to the 2F (Cafeteria).

[Fire]: Follow staff instructions. Evacuate to the Outdoor Evacuation Area.

Upon reaching the evacuation site, assemble for roll call. After roll call, wait seated until instructed.

Diagram Description: A 1F map illustrates North, South, and East sides with emergency stairs. It indicates reception areas (E011-E072), docks (E081-E082), and outdoor/indoor evacuation routes.

Points to Note for Entry/Exit

Inbound Vehicle Flow (Prohibited Areas)

Due to complaints from nearby residents, please strictly avoid using the routes marked as prohibited.

Diagram Description: A map indicates truck traffic flow. Areas marked with a red 'X' are prohibited for nearby residents' trucks. Truck entry is prohibited in specific zones. Public parking is also prohibited. Key landmarks include LogiCross Nagoya Minato and Amazon Nagoya Minato FC.

On-site Traffic Rules

Diagram Description: A simplified site map shows the entrance, reception, shipping (出荷) and receiving (入荷) docks, vehicle waiting areas, and truck entry prohibition zones. Dock numbers are listed for shipping (e.g., W011-W172) and receiving (e.g., E011-E072).

On-site Rules

For the safety of drivers and warehouse staff, please adhere to the rules and follow warehouse staff instructions.

  1. Cargo Height Limit: Cargo height, including the pallet, must not exceed 160cm. For cargo exceeding this limit, please rearrange it within the truck before entering the building. While handled items and packaging materials may have exceptions, cargo exceeding 160cm must be unloaded from the vehicle before being brought into the building.
  2. Hand Fork Return: When finished with a hand fork, return it to its designated place, fully insert the forks into a pallet, and turn the handle 90 degrees. This is to prevent tripping hazards and accidental movement. (Note: Do not place under roll boxes).
  3. Lashing Bar Storage: Lashing bars should be inserted into the racks located on both sides of the dock and locked. If they cannot be inserted into the racks, ensure they are not left in the vehicle.
  4. Do Not Force Boxes onto Conveyors: Forcing boxes onto conveyors can lead to injuries for workers who use cutters. Even during busy periods, please do not rush. Forcing boxes onto conveyors is a common cause of accidents.

Diagram Description: A warning shows a hand being cut by a box being forced onto a conveyor. Text emphasizes that forcing boxes has caused cutter injuries.
