Dock Bay Specifications
Height from ground: 98 cm
Width of bay: 210.5 cm
Height from FC premises to bay: 300 cm
Note: Leveler availability is limited. Air suspension vehicles are highly recommended.

Acceptable Truck Types
- Truck Size: Up to 4t, 10t.
- Truck Shape: Air suspension vehicles only. Trucks with exposed cargo beds, wing trucks, passenger cars, and light trucks are not permitted.
- Cargo Bed Height: 88 cm to 110 cm (height adjustable by leveler).
- Cargo Bed Width: 200 cm to 220 cm.
- Cargo Bed Ceiling Height: Up to 300 cm.
Other Important Notes
- Follow security personnel instructions until the vehicle is positioned.
- Be cautious of the orange guardrails at each dock bay to avoid contact.
Evacuation Routes
In case of Earthquake:
- Immediately stop operations if you feel shaking.
- Move to a wide aisle and follow in-building broadcast instructions.
- In case of seismic intensity 5 or higher, evacuate to the outdoor assembly point on the C parking lot side (Seven-Eleven side).
In case of Fire:
- Immediately stop operations if the emergency bell rings.
- Follow emergency broadcast instructions and evacuate to the outdoor assembly point on the C parking lot side (Seven-Eleven side).
In case of Power Outage:
- Immediately stop operations if a power outage occurs.
- Follow in-building broadcast instructions and evacuate to the indoor assembly point in the 2F cafeteria.
Upon arrival at the assembly point, line up and await roll call. Remain seated until instructed otherwise.

Entry and Exit Precautions
Precautions for Entering and Exiting the Premises
Access Route to Tosu Center (HSG1):
- Exit Tosu Interchange and proceed straight on Route 3 towards Fukuoka Prefecture.
- Turn left at the Yayoi-ga-oka Entrance intersection and continue straight.
- Pass through Tosu Premium Outlets and continue straight; the facility will be on your left.
Important Notes on the Route:
- There are many intersections without traffic signals near the Tosu FC.
- The area is also a school route; adhere strictly to traffic rules.
- Entry into residential areas is prohibited.
- Violators will face refusal of delivery on the same day. For subsequent violations, a corrective action plan must be submitted before entry is permitted again. Please ensure thorough communication to drivers.

On-site Procedures:
- Display the entry permit on the driver's side dashboard.
- Park in the designated area as instructed.
- Observe the on-site speed limit of 10 km/h.
- Wear a safety vest.
- Idling is prohibited. Use wheel chocks when stopped. Do not open doors on the roadway.
- No vertical work or smoking. Drinks are only permitted inside parked vehicles.
- Photography is prohibited without permission.
- Park perpendicular to the dock, aligned with the white parking lines, for waiting and unloading.
- Use the stairs for entering and exiting the dock area. Leave vehicle keys when working inside the dock.
- Driver restrooms are located at the northeast corner of the N1 dock inspection area. Do not park on the road to use the restroom. Parking is available in the waiting area or at N5, N6.
- Walk (do not run) on the orange lines and blue pedestrian walkways.
- Free use of water servers located in the docks is permitted. Bringing food and drinks into the warehouse is prohibited.
- Work is prohibited outside the designated lines within the dock area.
- Wear your driver badge around your neck within the premises.
