What has launched?
Amazon has launched the new Customs Clearance and Shipping Services (C2S2) Premium Full Truck Load (FTL) Shipping Solution. This service, developed in collaboration with RXO (formerly UPS SCS) and AVASK, aims to streamline and enhance cross-border operations between the United Kingdom and Europe.
How to Get Started
- Complete the onboarding form for C2S2.
- If new to RXO, complete their onboarding form.
- Existing RXO clients should contact upsamazon@ups.com to update their contract rate agreement (CRA).
- Await confirmation from AVASK and RXO for successful onboarding.
- Create a shipment in Send to Amazon.
- Obtain Commercial Invoice approval via the AVASK portal or contact AVASK support.
- Book your RXO shipment and submit manifests to upsamazon@ups.com, ensuring AVASK approval is secured prior to booking.
- Expect inbound confirmation for your Full Truck Load shipment within 3-4 days*.
- Gain access to millions of new customers in the destination country.

White Glove FTL Service Benefits
The following table outlines the benefits and guidelines for the White Glove FTL Service, effective from 1st April 2025:
