Connecting the MagniFi One to Your TV
For optimal performance, mount your MagniFi One Sound bar directly under your TV, in front of the TV's base, or on the wall directly above or below your wall-mounted TV. Use the keyhole mount template and a level for accurate mounting. Use anchors when mounting in drywall.
The MagniFi One sound bar accepts audio input from three separate wired sources (Optical, Aux, and USB) and one Bluetooth source.
Optical Connection (Recommended): Use the included Toslink Optical Audio Connector to connect the Optical Audio output of your TV to the Optical Audio input on the rear panel of the MagniFi One sound bar. If your TV lacks an Optical Audio output, use the Optical connection with your DVD or Blu-Ray player or Cable/Satellite box.
Analog Stereo Connection: If your TV does not have an Optical Audio output, you can use the included Analog Stereo Cable. Connect the red/white RCA Audio connections to the corresponding audio outputs on your TV, and connect the 3.5mm connector to the corresponding input on the rear panel of the MagniFi One sound bar.

SmartBar IR Remote Learning
Program the MagniFi One to respond to your TV's original IR remote control for seamless operation. Ensure you use an IR (Infra-Red) remote, not RF (Radio Frequency). Cable or satellite remotes may work after programming to the TV's IR remote.
Programming Instructions
- Enter Learn mode by pressing and holding the Source button for 3 seconds.
- Press the Volume Up button on the MagniFi One.
- Press the corresponding function on your TV remote repeatedly until the four LEDs on the sound bar flash white and fade, indicating a successful learned command.
Repeat steps 1-6 to program Volume Down, Source, Mute, and Power buttons. Hold the Source button for 3 seconds to save all learned commands.
Note: If the sound bar fails to learn certain IR remote codes, the power LED will blink red three times. Erase previously programmed codes and repeat the steps.
Code Erasing Procedure
To erase all programmed codes, press and hold the SOURCE key for approximately 10 seconds while the unit is in standby mode. The first LED will flash green and then white, repeating three times, confirming that codes have been erased.
Bluetooth Operation
Connect your Bluetooth-enabled device to access your digital audio library. Select Bluetooth as the source by pressing the Bluetooth button on the MagniFi One or remote. Three white LEDs will flash as the speaker attempts to connect to the last connected device or enters discovery mode.
When Bluetooth is connected, three white LEDs will shine solidly, then dim, and an ascending tone will sound. The sound bar will disconnect and enter discovery mode for 10 minutes if the BT button is pressed, the Bluetooth source device disconnects, or after 10 minutes of inactivity.
When Bluetooth Is Disconnected: A descending tone will sound, and the LEDs will indicate the connection status. Pressing the source button will switch to Aux/Analog source. If the speaker wakes from sleep mode and is in Bluetooth source mode with the device disconnected, it will enter discovery mode.
