Setup in 4 Easy Steps
This guide outlines the process for setting up your Smart Movement Sensor.
Step 1: Preparation
Before you begin, write down your WiFi network name (SSID) and password. Ensure you note any special characters or capitalization.
Important Note: This device is designed to work exclusively with 2.4GHz WiFi networks. It is not compatible with 5GHz WiFi networks. For detailed network settings, please consult your router's manual.
Step 2: Download the LSC Smart Connect App
Download the LSC Smart Connect application from your preferred app store:
- Visit the official website: www.lsc-smartconnect.com
- Search for "LSC Smart Connect" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 3: Add Your Device
Open the LSC Smart Connect app. If this is your first time using the app, follow the on-screen prompts to create your user account. To add the sensor, tap the 'Add Device' button (typically represented by a '+' symbol) and follow the subsequent on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Activate and Pair the Sensor
Locate the reset button on the sensor, usually marked with '1'. To power on and initiate pairing mode, press and hold the reset button for approximately 5 seconds. The device's red indicator light should begin to flash rapidly.
Step 5: Complete Installation
Follow the remaining on-screen instructions within the LSC Smart Connect app to finalize the installation and connect the sensor to your network. For additional support or troubleshooting, please visit www.lsc-smartconnect.com.
If the app or device indicates that it only works on 2.4GHz networks, you may need to adjust your WiFi router's settings to ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled and properly configured.
