Getting Started
Set up in 4 easy steps
Before you start:
Write down your network name & password. Note: This item only works on a 2.4GHz WiFi network, not on a 5GHz WiFi network. Please consult your router's manual for settings.
Step 1: Download the App
Download the LSC Smart Connect app from the website www.lsc-smartconnect.com, the Google Play Store, the Apple Store, or by scanning the QR code. The app download section shows icons for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, alongside a QR code.
Step 2: Create Account & Add Device
Open the app. If you are a first-time user, follow the on-screen instructions to create your account. To add this lamp, tap the '[plus symbol]' icon labeled 'add device' and follow the on-screen instructions. The app interface illustration shows a smartphone screen with a battery icon, signal strength, time, and a prominent '+' symbol.
Step 3: Power On and Reset
Turn the lamp on. The lamp will start flashing, indicating it's ready for setup. If the lamp or device does not start flashing, reset it by switching it on and off 3 times.
Step 4: Complete Installation
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the installation. For more information, visit www.lsc-smartconnect.com.
If you receive a notification that the product only works on 2.4GHz networks, you should change your network's WiFi frequency to 2.4GHz in your router's settings menu.
Installation Guide
