WARNING: Risk of electrical shock. Turn off breaker at the panel. Switch off the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker before installing the unit or doing any maintenance. Do not use outdoor.
CAUTION: If using a dimmer, it must be LED compatible.
IMPORTANT: The installer and/or user must read, understand and follow these instructions before installing the product. This product must be properly installed before it is used. If instructions are not followed, the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any problems or product malfunction. Failure to follow installation and/or operating instructions voids the warranty. We recommend that this product be installed by a certified electrician. In some states or provinces, it is a legal requirement for this type of product to be installed by a certified electrician, according to the electrical and building codes effective in the region where the unit is used.

What You Will Need

Installation Steps
Step 1: Mount the Bracket
Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using appropriate screws. Ensure wires from the ceiling are accessible through the bracket. Diagram Description: Shows a mounting bracket being attached to a ceiling surface, with electrical wires extending from the center.
Step 2: Attach Fixture Base
Align the fixture base (E) with the mounting bracket. Secure the base to the bracket using the provided retaining screws (C) and junction box screws (B). Diagram Description: Shows the fixture base being positioned over the mounting bracket and secured with screws.
Step 3: Connect Wires
Connect the wires from the fixture to the corresponding wires in the ceiling electrical box: White (N) to White (N), Black (L) to Black (L), and the Ground wire (GND) to the ground wire from the ceiling. Use the provided wire connectors (D) for secure connections. Step 4: Secure Fixture
Ensure all wiring is safely tucked into the electrical box. Mount the fixture body onto the bracket and secure it. Diagram Description: Shows the fixture being attached to the ceiling, with wires connected.
Step 5: Prepare Mounting Points
If mounting directly to a surface without a junction box, drill holes using the appropriate drill bit. Insert wall anchors (A) into the drilled holes. Diagram Description: Shows a drill creating holes in a surface and wall anchors being inserted.
Step 6: Install Fixture
Attach the fixture to the prepared mounting points using the provided screws. Diagram Description: Shows the fixture being screwed into place on the ceiling.
Step 7: Install Diffuser and Set Tunable White
Align the diffuser (F) with the fixture and twist or snap it into place. The fixture features Tunable White technology, allowing adjustment of color temperature (e.g., 3000K Warm White, 4000K Cool White, 5000K Daylight). Adjust the color temperature as desired using the internal switch or mechanism. Diagram Description: Shows the diffuser being attached to the fixture. Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Warranty
Artika For Living Inc. offers a three-year (3) limited warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for residential use only. The warranty is extended to the original owner in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Iceland, France and Spain and is non-transferable. It does not apply to retailers, commercial applications or establishments. The original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. The remedy under this limited warranty shall be product or part replacement at Artika's discretion as provided herein and may not exceed the original purchase price.
This warranty is valid only on products installed in accordance with the building code and laws in effect in the region where the unit is being used, as well as in accordance with the provided instruction manual. It does not cover products installed incorrectly or subjected to abnormal use. Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, vandalism, improper maintenance, accident, abuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, or alteration of the product will not be covered. It excludes any accessories that accompany the product, including bulbs or batteries. This warranty does not cover handling, labour, transportation, or any other cost associated with the installation or replacement of the product.
Artika For Living Inc. will not be held responsible for any direct or consequential damages or injuries related to the use of this product arising from improper use or installation of this product.
