Installation Instructions
Step 1: Height Adjustment and Internal Wiring
Diagram Description: This step illustrates adjusting the suspension rod length and connecting the internal wiring. Wires (Red, White, Yellow) are shown extending from the light fixture and connecting to corresponding wires. Arrows indicate how to adjust the suspension rods for the desired height.
Actions:
- Connect the internal wires (Red to Red, White to White, Yellow to Yellow).
- Assemble and adjust the suspension rods (F) to achieve the desired fixture height.
- Feed the wires through the canopy (D).
Step 2: Mounting Bracket Installation
Diagram Description: This step shows the installation of the mounting bracket (A) to the electrical junction box. The bracket is secured using junction box screws (B).
Actions:
- Attach the mounting bracket (A) to the electrical junction box using the provided junction box screws (B).
- Ensure the bracket is securely fastened.
Step 3: Connecting the Wires and Canopy Installation
Diagram Description: This step details connecting the electrical wires and positioning the canopy. The ground wire (GND), black wire (L), and white wire (N) from the fixture are connected to the corresponding wires in the junction box using wire connectors (C). The canopy (D) is then placed over the electrical box.
Actions:
- Connect the ground wire (GND) from the fixture to the ground wire in the junction box.
- Connect the black wire (L) from the fixture to the hot wire (L) in the junction box.
- Connect the white wire (N) from the fixture to the neutral wire (N) in the junction box.
- Use wire connectors (C) to secure all connections.
- Carefully tuck wires into the junction box.
- Position the canopy (D) over the mounting bracket.
Step 4: Tunable White Technology
Diagram Description: This step highlights the Tunable White Technology feature. A close-up view shows a control mechanism (likely on the canopy or fixture) with a slider or dial allowing adjustment of the color temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (cool white). Arrows indicate the direction of adjustment. The text "PEEL OFF" is visible, likely referring to a protective film.
Functionality:
- Adjust the color temperature of the light using the integrated control.
- Select from preset temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K.
Step 5: Final Installation
Diagram Description: This is the final step where the canopy (D) is secured to the mounting bracket. Screws (E) are used to fasten the canopy in place, completing the installation of the light fixture.
Actions:
- Secure the canopy (D) to the mounting bracket using the canopy screws (E).
- Ensure the canopy is flush and securely attached.
