Safety Warnings

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS!

1. This bed is designed for use only with mattresses meeting the following specifications for the upper and lower bunks: Upper bed: Queen Standard, 80" length, 60" width, 6" max thickness. Lower bed: Queen Standard, 80" length, 60" width, 8" thickness.
2. Replacement parts, including additional guardrails, can be obtained from GIGACLOUD TECHNOLOGY (USA) INC. dealers at 4388 SHIRLEY AVE, EL MONTE, CA 91731.
3. Follow all warning information on the upper bunk bed end structure and the carton. Do not remove warning labels from the bed.
4. Always use the recommended size mattresses or mattress supports to prevent entrapment or falls.
5. The mattress surface must be at least 5" (127mm) below the upper edge of the guardrails.
6. Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk.
7. Periodically check and ensure that guardrails, ladder, and other components are in their proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
8. Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
9. Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
10. Using a night light may provide added safety for a child using the upper bunk.
11. Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk. If the bunk bed is placed next to a wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and wall.
12. The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
13. STRANGULATION HAZARD: Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed, such as hooks, belts, or jump ropes.
14. Keep these instructions for future reference.
15. Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk.
16. We recommend assembling your bunk bed on the shipping carton to protect your floor or carpet.
17. Ensure all staples are removed from the box before beginning assembly.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your bunk bed. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

STEP 1: Attach part A4 to A2 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A5 to A2 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A3 to A2 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A6 to A2 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Use hardware 5 (2pcs) as shown in the detailed view.

STEP 2: Attach part 8 (2pcs) to the assembled structure using hardware 11 (8pcs).

STEP 3: Attach part A3 to A1 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A4 to A1 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A5 to A1 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Attach part A6 to A1 using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs). Use hardware 5 (2pcs) as shown in the detailed view.

STEP 4: Attach part 8 (2pcs) to the assembled structure using hardware 11 (8pcs).

STEP 5: Option 1 & 2 Attach parts B4, B5, B6, B1, A8, A9 to the main frame using hardware 1 (10pcs), 4 (10pcs), 5 (10pcs), 6 (12pcs), and 8 (8pcs) as shown in the detailed views.

STEP 6: Option 3 & 4 Attach parts B1, B6, B4, B5, A9 to the main frame using hardware 1 (10pcs), 4 (10pcs), 5 (10pcs), 6 (12pcs), and 8 (8pcs) as shown in the detailed views.

STEP 7: Option 1 & 2 Secure the structure using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs) as shown in the detailed views.

STEP 7: Option 3 & 4 Secure the structure using hardware 1 (10pcs) and 4 (10pcs) as shown in the detailed views.

STEP 8: Option 1 & 2 Attach parts B2, B3, B6 to the frame using hardware 1 (2pcs), 4 (2pcs), 5 (2pcs), 6 (2pcs), and 8 (8pcs) as shown in the detailed views.
