Connection
App Download
Download the 'SmartLife' or 'Tuya Smart' app, available for both iOS and Android. Search the names in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the [QR Code] for download.
Supports: iOS, Android.
Router Setup
The router must support 2.4GHz WiFi (does not support 5GHz) and be connected to the WiFi network. Record your WiFi's SSID and password.

Registration Process
Step 1: Open the Smart Life App, tap 'Sign Up', read the [User Agreement] and [Privacy Policy], then tap 'Agree'.
Step 2: Enter a valid mobile number or email address and tap 'Get Verification Code'. Input the verification code to log in.
QR Code Configuration
1. Create Home: Open the Smart Life App, tap 'My' > 'Home Management' > 'Create a home'. Customize the home name and settings.
2. Add Device: Tap 'Add Device' or [plus icon], then select 'Security & Sensor' > 'Smart Camera' to add the camera.
3. Camera Setup: Power on and reset the camera until the status indicator flashes quickly or a prompt tone is heard. Tap 'Next'. Enter your WiFi password and tap 'Next'. Tap [change network] to switch networks if needed.
Note: Camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. SSID and password should not exceed 24 characters.
4. Scan QR Code: In the app interface, scan the [QR Code] on your phone with the camera. You will hear an [audio prompt] when successful. Configuration completes in approximately 30 seconds.
5. Finalize: Ensure your router, mobile, and camera are as close as possible during connection. After the camera is added successfully, tap [edit camera name] to customize its name.

In the 'Smart Camera' interface, tap the [settings icon] to access and configure common camera functions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The camera cannot be previewed properly?
A: Check if the network is normal. Place the camera closer to the router. If issues persist, reset the camera and add it again.
Q: Why is it still in the list of devices after resetting?
A: Resetting the camera only affects its network configuration, not its presence in the App. Remove the camera from your account and add it again.
Q: How to connect the camera to another router?
A: First, remove and reset the camera in your App account, then configure your camera again via the App.
Q: Why does the camera not identify the SD card?
A: It is recommended to insert the SD card after powering off. Confirm the SD card is functional and formatted as FAT32. The TF card may not be identified in a poor internet environment.
Q: Why do I not receive notifications on my mobile app?
A: Ensure the App is running on the phone and relevant notification functions are enabled. Also, confirm message notifications and permissions in the mobile phone system are enabled.
