Product Overview
This document provides user information for the UGREEN KU005 Ultra Slim Wireless Keyboard.
Connectivity Modes
Bluetooth Mode
The keyboard can pair with up to 3 devices. Use the key combinations "Fn+1", "Fn+2", or "Fn+3" to enter pairing mode.
Pairing the First Device:
- Slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to "ON".
- Press and hold the "Fn+1" key combination. The indicator light will blink.
- For Windows 10 or later, follow the on-screen pairing instructions. For other systems, connect to "UGREEN KB 5.0" from your device's Bluetooth list.
- Upon successful pairing, the indicator light will blink 3 times rapidly and then turn off.
Refer to the steps above for pairing the second or third devices.
Note: The keyboard may appear as "UGREEN KB 5.0" (for Windows 8 or later) or "UGREEN KB 3.0" (for Windows 7).

2.4G Mode
- Slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to "ON".
- Plug the included USB receiver into a USB port on your computer. The indicator lights ([Power indicator] and [Mode indicator '1']) will blink 3 times and then turn off.

Mode Selection Indicator
Use the "Fn" key in combination with other keys to select the connection mode. The indicator light in the upper right corner of the keyboard shows the status.

System Selection
Switch between operating system layouts for optimal compatibility.
- Press "Fn" + "Q" (with Windows icon) to switch to Windows mode.
- Press "Fn" + "W" (with macOS icon) to switch to macOS mode.
Switching is completed when the indicator lights ([Mode indicator '1'] and [Mode indicator 'A']) blink 3 times simultaneously.
Note: The keyboard layout defaults to Windows.
Fn Key Functions
The "Fn Lock" feature allows you to toggle between standard function key behavior and multimedia/shortcut functions.
To enable/disable Fn lock: short press the "Fn + Esc" key combination.
- When Fn lock is enabled: Press "Fn" + a function key (F1-F12, Home, End, etc.) to use the hotkey function.
- When Fn lock is disabled: Press a single function key (F1-F12, Home, End, etc.) to use the hotkey function.

Charging Status
Monitor the battery status through the indicator lights.

Tip: The keyboard will automatically turn off, and keys will not respond when the battery is critically low.
Factory Reset
To reset the keyboard to its factory default settings, press and hold the "Fn + Ctrl + Delete" key combination for 1 second.
The [Power indicator] will light up for 1 second to confirm the reset.

Safety Warning
- The product contains a polymer lithium-ion battery. Do not dismantle, crush, squeeze, or expose it to fire.
- Stop using the product immediately if the battery appears swollen.
- Do not expose the product to excessive temperatures.
- Stop using the product if it becomes submerged in liquid.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- If a battery is swallowed or inserted elsewhere in the body, seek immediate emergency medical care.
