Bluetooth Mode
For Windows 10 or later, please follow the popup window to complete the pairing. The name of the keyboard may be: UGREEN KB 5.0 or UGREEN KB 3.0.
UGREEN KB 5.0 (Bluetooth 5.0) is for Windows 8 or later, while Windows 7 only supports UGREEN KB 3.0 (Bluetooth 3.0).
Mode Select:
- Wired mode: Short press the "FN + " to enter wired mode without sliding the "On/Off" switch.
- Bluetooth mode: Short press the "FN + 1/2/3" to enter Bluetooth mode after moving the switch to "On".
- Short press "FN + 1" to use Bluetooth Device 1.
- Short press "FN + 2" to use Bluetooth Device 2.
- Short press "FN + 3" to use Bluetooth Device 3.
About the backlit of 1/2/3, please refer to the "Indicator".
Note: The keyboard will not work if you don't select the mode based on the steps above.
Adjust Backlit Brightness
The backlit is enabled by default and has 5 levels of brightness: 75% (default), 0, 25%, 50%, and 100%. You can adjust it by pressing the "FN + Cursor Keys".

Wired Mode
Short press the "FN" to switch to wired mode.
Battery Saver
- The backlit will automatically turn off and enter 1st-level sleep mode with 3-minute no operation. You can wake backlit by randomly clicking.
- The backlit will enter 2nd-level sleep mode with 30-minute no operation. You can wake backlit by randomly clicking.
Warning: The keyboard will automatically turn off, and the keys have no response when the battery is too low.
Tips for Bluetooth Connection
The keyboard can connect to 3 Bluetooth devices simultaneously. After completing the pairing for the 1st device, please follow the steps below if you need to pair the 2nd or 3rd devices:
- Enter Bluetooth pairing mode: Press and hold the "FN + 2" until the backlit of the "2" blinks quickly (once every 1s).
- Search and Connect: Connect to "UGREEN KB 5.0" in your device Bluetooth list.
- Successful Pairing: The backlit of the "2" quickly blinks 3 times and then turns off. The logic and steps for pairing the 3rd device is the same as above.

To enable FN Lock: Short press the "FN + ESC". At this time, you may need to press the "FN + function key" simultaneously to activate the corresponding function.
To disable FN Lock: Short press the "FN + ESC" again.
Reset
The indicator of the "1/2/3" will blink 3 times simultaneously to indicate successful resetting.
Press and hold "FN + CTRL + INS" for 1s.
Win/Mac Switching
The keyboard defaults to Windows. For macOS, please use the included keycap puller and the mac keycaps to replace the original keycaps as in the picture.
For Windows, HarmonyOS, and Android, please slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to the "Win". For macOS, iOS, or iPadOS, please slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to the "Mac".
