Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the UGREEN K356 Multi-mode Wireless Keyboard.

Connections

2.4GHz Connection (Default)

1. Take the receiver out and insert it into your device.
2. Turn on the keyboard, then it is ready for use.

Bluetooth Connection

Press and hold the key combos "Fn + 1" and "Fn + 2" to connect to two different Bluetooth devices respectively.

Pairing the 1st Bluetooth Device:

1. Turn on the keyboard.
2. Press and hold the "Fn + 1" simultaneously to enter pairing mode; the Bluetooth 1 indicator flashes.
3. For Windows 10 or later, follow the popup windows to complete the pairing. For other systems, connect to "UGREEN BLE KB" from your device's Bluetooth list.
4. The Bluetooth 1 indicator will flash 3 times quickly when connection is completed.

Refer to the steps above to pair the 2nd device.

System Switching

The keyboard defaults to Windows. To switch systems:

• Switch to macOS: Press and hold "Fn + 2". The "Win/Mac" indicator will turn green for 3 seconds.
• Switch to Windows: Press and hold "Fn + 1". The "Win/Mac" indicator will turn blue for 3 seconds.

Fn Keys

Enable/disable Fn Lock: Short press "Fn + Esc".

• With Fn Lock enabled: Short press "Fn + function key" to activate the function shown on the key.
• With Fn Lock disabled: Single-click "function key" to activate the function shown on the key.

Battery Information

Low Battery Indicator

When the battery indicator flashes once every 2 seconds, the keyboard battery is low. Please replace the battery.

Note: The keyboard will automatically turn off when the battery is too low.

Factory Reset

Press and hold "Fn + Ctrl + Delete" for 1 second to reset the keyboard. Indicators will turn on for 3 seconds upon completion.

Safety Precautions

• Install batteries (not included) before use. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or throw the product into fire.
• Discontinue use if the battery is severely swollen.
• Do not use in high-temperature environments.
• Do not use if the battery is immersed in water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is swallowed or placed inside the body.
• If the battery compartment is not securely closed, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
• Do not charge the battery. Replace it when low. Ensure correct polarity when replacing.
• Remove the battery if the product is not in use for prolonged periods to prevent damage from leakage or corrosion.
• Avoid contact with skin or eyes if battery leakage occurs. Rinse with water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Keep used batteries out of reach of children and dispose of or recycle them properly according to local laws and regulations.
