Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Cabinet

Ensure the cabinet is ready for installation. The diagrams show two cabinet configurations being prepared.

Step 2: Install Cabinet Slides

Attach the slide mechanisms to the inside of the cabinet doors. Follow the diagrams carefully to ensure correct placement and orientation. This involves attaching parts to the cabinet sides and doors using screws.

Step 3: Assemble the UTRUSTA Fitting

Assemble the UTRUSTA fitting components. This involves connecting several parts using screws (12x part 10124259). The fitting is laid flat on a surface for assembly.

Step 4: Connect Fitting Sections

Connect the assembled fitting sections using part 10127257 (1x each section).

Step 5: Attach Fitting to Slides

Attach the assembled UTRUSTA fitting to the cabinet slides. This is done by inserting pegs into corresponding holes and securing them.

Step 6: Secure the Fitting

Secure the UTRUSTA fitting to the cabinet using screws (12x part 10126361). The diagrams show hands guiding the screws into place.

Step 7: Insert the Fitting into the Cabinet

Slide the assembled UTRUSTA fitting into the cabinet's runners.

Step 8: Final Placement

Insert the fitting into its final position within the cabinet. The diagrams show the fitting being lowered into place and secured.

Important Information

Weight Limit: Each shelf of the UTRUSTA fitting can hold a maximum of 20 kg (44 lb).
