Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare Cabinet

   Ensure you have the necessary tools, including a screwdriver. Place the cabinet on a soft surface like a rug to prevent scratches. Do not place the cabinet upside down on its drawers. Identify the correct parts for assembly.

2. Step 2: Attach Mounting Brackets

   Attach the mounting brackets (Part 10127304) to the inside of the cabinet using the provided screws (Part 100325). Ensure they are securely fastened. The diagram shows 8 screws being used for this step.

3. Step 3: Assemble Pull-out Arms

   Assemble the pull-out arms. This involves attaching the arm components (Part 10124259) to the base structure using the provided screws (Part 10126361). Approximately 12 screws are used per arm assembly. The diagram shows two such arms being assembled.

4. Step 4: Connect Components

   Connect the pull-out arm components using the connectors (Part 10127257). The diagram shows 1x connectors being used for each connection point.

5. Step 5: Secure Shelves

   Attach the shelves to the pull-out arms. This step uses approximately 12 screws per shelf. The diagram shows the shelves being secured to the assembled arms.

6. Step 6: Install on Cabinet

   Insert the assembled pull-out units into the cabinet. The diagram shows the units sliding into place on the mounted brackets. Ensure the arms are correctly oriented for smooth operation.

7. Step 7: Final Check

   Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the pull-out mechanism operates smoothly. The maximum load capacity for each pull-out shelf is 44 lb (20 kg).

Note: The UTRUSTA 95° feature allows for a 95-degree opening angle.
