ALARM & REMOTE MONITORING

The host supports multiple alarm types. When an alarm occurs, it sends alarm messages with detector name and number to the user's mobile phone, pushes alarm information to the mobile phone APP, and sends alarm information to the monitoring center. It also dials the user's telephone for on-site monitoring and remote control.

The host also supports the following alarm classes

SMS Alarm

Alarm occurred, host sends SMS to preset phone numbers.

<Host Name>: Current alarm! Defense Zone: xx

Auto Dial Number Setting

When an alarm occurs, the host dials preset phone numbers. After the user answers, it displays the alarm type. If a default recording exists, it provides voice prompts: 'Press 1 is arm, Press 2 is disarm, Press 3 to monitor, Press 4 to talk'. Users can press 2 to disarm and end the alarm progress, or press 3 to close the scene alarm. Hanging up will stop the monitor.

If the user fails to answer or dial, the host will continue to dial preset numbers until the user receives the call.

Preset Telephone Remote Calls Host

When preset telephone numbers call the alarm host, it automatically connects. After connection, the host can monitor the on-site scene or control the host via voice prompts.

Mobile app alarm receiving procedure

When an alarm occurs, the panel sends a push notification to your mobile phone. Check the alarm type in the APP main menu under 'Alarm Info' to view records of panel operations and alarm logs.

Networking Alarm Receiving Procedure

When an alarm occurs, the host sends the alarm message to the network monitoring center via GPRS. Emergency response can be handled quickly by the central police. This function is valid only after the host's user network alarm function and service are enabled. The IP address must be set via SMS. APN must also be set for foreign or other areas. Refer to SMS message setting parameters for details.
