I. Safety Guidelines
1. Mandatory
Read all safety and instruction guidelines thoroughly before using your Mcombo® product. Failure to follow these can result in personal injury or product damage and will void the warranty. Keep this manual for future reference.
2. Danger ⚠️
- Keep plastic bags away from children to prevent suffocation.
- Do not allow children to play on or near the product when in use. Serious injury or death could occur if a child is under the product when it is in motion.
- Keep cords out of reach of small children and avoid using them where they pose a trip hazard.
- Plug directly into a wall outlet; do not use an extension cord or adapter.
- Do not use the product if it is wet, in water, or around any liquid.
- Always leave the product in an upright and closed position. Keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism and all moving parts. The footrest must be completely closed before getting in or out. Only the occupant should operate the product.
- Before moving or troubleshooting, unplug power cords and secure the mechanism to prevent unexpected movement.
3. Warning ❗
- Weight Capacity: 320 lbs.
- Indoor use only.
- To avoid tip-over, do not put your weight against the back of the product.
- Do not stand, sit, or place extra weight on the arms, back, or open footrest.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged. Do not use attachments or substitute parts.
- Avoid exposing the product to burning cigarettes, cigars, open flames, and high temperatures.
- Do not operate the unit until the back is installed and locked.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the actuator or pump; there are no serviceable parts inside.
- Do not allow the electrical cord to be pinched between moving parts or between the frame and the floor. Do not place the cord under carpet or in a location where it could become worn.
- Do not attempt to disconnect the power plug by pulling the power cord; always hold the plug and pull it out.
- Closely supervise children and disabled persons using this product.
- To reduce the risk of head entrapment and other injuries, keep children and pets away from openings and moving parts.
- This product has many moving parts; serious injury can occur if not used properly. Keep hands, fingers, and body parts away from the mechanism.
- To exit safely and prevent a tripping hazard, bring the back upright and close the footrest.
- Place tables and area rugs at a distance to allow the footrest to extend fully without interference.
- Periodically check power supplies, electrical cords, plugs, and connectors. Keep them away from heat sources. Never operate with a damaged power supply, cord, plug, or connector.
- Do not charge devices into USB ports for over 24 hours.
- Do not charge devices over 5V/2A with the USB ports.
- Do not cover USB ports with other heat-dissipating electronic products to prevent overheating or melting.
- Unplug the power cord immediately if you detect strange odors or fumes. Contact Mcombo Customer Support.
- A seat is intended for a single occupant not exceeding 320 pounds. Do not operate with more than one occupant.
- If giving this product to someone else, include this owner's manual.

II. Assembly Instructions
Notice: Please read these instructions thoroughly before using. Do not plug in the power supply until assembly is complete. Contact Mcombo Customer Support immediately if anything is missing or damaged.

4. Assembly Steps (Loveseat)
Step 1 - Bases Connection
- Use seat iron sheets (Part #2) to connect the seat bases (Part #A and #C).
- When installing the steel sheets (Part #2), lightly tighten the screws (Part #4) first. Keep the steel sheets horizontal, then finally tighten all screws (Part #4) once all sheets are installed and the gap between seats is adjusted.
Note: Please connect the left base first.

Step 2 - Armrests Assembly
- Align the brackets of the armrest with the clips of the base.
- Push firmly until a "click" is heard on each side, ensuring the armrest is locked properly.
Attention: Ensure the two connections on each armrest are fully inserted onto the seat.
Step 3 - Backrests Assembly
- Align the brackets of the backrest with the clips of the seat-back.
- Push firmly until a "click" is heard on each side, ensuring the backrest is locked properly.
Paste Velcro:
- Place the chair in the reclined position.
- Pull out the Velcro in the gap between the base and the backrest and paste it well.
Step 4 - Product Connections
- Connect wires labeled 'a' and 'b' from the backrest and seat base if they have the same color.
- Connect wire labeled 'c' from the backrest to the massage remote.

Step 5 - Paste Velcro
- Place the loveseat in the reclined position.
- Pull out the Velcro in the gap between the base and the backrest and paste it well.
Step 6 - Final Check
- Ensure both metal brackets on each armrest are mounted on the base. (Improper mounting can cause armrests to detach.)
- Ensure backrest inserts are locked to the base. (Pull up to check.)
- Ensure all wires are connected tightly.
- Ensure wires are not placed at the bottom of the rack or pressed by the frame, as this can cause breakage and stop operation.
- Ensure all screws are tightened.

4. Assembly Steps (Loveseat with Console)
Step 1 - Bases Connection
- Use seat iron sheets (Part #7) to connect the seat bases (Part #A, #C, and #G).
- When installing the steel sheets (Part #7), lightly tighten the screws (Part #4, 8) first. Keep the steel sheets horizontal, then finally tighten all screws (Part #4, 8) once both steel sheets (Part #7) are installed and the gap between the seats is adjusted.
Note: Please connect the storage console first.

Step 2 - Armrests Assembly
- Align the brackets of the armrest with the clips of the base.
- Push firmly until a "click" is heard on each side, ensuring the armrest is locked properly.
Attention: Ensure the two connections on each armrest are fully inserted onto the seat.
Step 3 - Backrests Assembly
- Connect the storage console (Part #G) to the console backrest (Part #H) using plastic cover screws (Part #9).
- Align the brackets of the backrest with the clips of the seat-back.
- Push firmly until a "click" is heard on each side, ensuring the backrest is locked properly.
Attention: Unzip the zipper behind the console, then put the console backrest on the console and align the holes. Fix them with two plastic cover screws. These screws do not require tools but should be tightened longer as the screw holes are deep.
Step 4 - Product Connections
- Connect wires labeled 'a' and 'b' from the backrest and seat base if they have the same color.
- Connect wire labeled 'c' from the backrest to the massage remote.

III. Operating Instructions
1. Operation Precautions
- Do not use an extension cord.
- Do not exceed the recommended weight limit.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Indoor use only.
- Keep dry; do not operate in a wet or moist environment.
- Keep all cords away from heated surfaces and pinch points.
- Always leave the product in an upright and closed position when not in use.
- Periodically check the control and all power cords for visible damage.
- Do not use the footrest as a seat or for purposes outside its intended use.
- Do not lean or apply downward force to the seat-back while in a reclined position.
Note: If you discover a problem during setup or positioning, stop and contact Mcombo Customer Support immediately. To avoid injury or damage, do not plug the unit into the electrical outlet until the problem is corrected, and do not attempt self-repair.
2. Operation Instruction
- Seated: For a short break, no operation is needed for a comfortable experience.
- Napping: Adjust the backrest and raise the footrest to relax.
- Relaxing: Adjust the footrest position.
- Reading: Adjust your sofa to a comfortable position for reading.
IV. Care and Maintenance
Your Mcombo product is designed for years of performance. Follow these guidelines for care and maintenance.
Notice ?
- Do not place the product in direct sunlight, as it causes fading.
- Do not smoke cigarettes while seated in or using the product.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes by keeping the product away from radiators, heat, and air vents.
- Do not use solvent-type cleaners for spot cleaning.
- Do not saturate fabric.
- Be careful that pet scratches may cause fabric or leather to break.
1. Fabric Care
- Inspect fabric regularly for pulls, tears, or gaps.
- Frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a nonmetallic, stiff bristle brush is recommended to remove dust and grime.
- For liquid spills, immediately wipe off the liquid with a dry or lightly dampened clean white cloth, sponge, or paper towel.
2. Faux Leather Care
- Wipe leather down regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- For more stubborn dust, dampen the cloth with distilled water. Ensure the cloth is not soaking wet. Never let water soak into leather.
- Always use a soft cloth and never use an abrasive brush or scrubber, as this can scratch and damage the leather.
3. Electronics Care
- Inspect all wiring harnesses to ensure they are not damaged or stuck under the product.
- Keep all electronics free from moisture and temperature extremes.
- Check electrical components frequently for signs of corrosion and replace as necessary.
- Contact Mcombo Customer Support if damage is present; do not fix it yourself.
4. Disposal & Recycling
Dispose of your power recliner sofa according to applicable local and national statutory disposal regulations. Contact your local waste disposal agency for information on proper disposal of packaging, metal/wood frame components, fabric, and electronic components.

VI. Disassembly Instruction
Notice: Ensure the product is in a seated position with the footrest returned to its original position. Unplug the power cord before disassembling. Refer to the installation steps and disassemble in reverse order.
Step 1 - Disassemble Backrests
- Push the metal ears of the backrest inserts outward (refer to arrow direction).
- After unlocking the metal lugs on both sides of the backrest, hold the bottom part of the backrest and pull it vertically upward.

Step 2 - Disassemble Armrests
Notice:
- The backrest must be removed first.
- It is best to remove armrests with two people.
- When lifting the armrest, hold the bottom to avoid damaging the handrail bag and cup holder.
- Use your knees to find a support point on the seat and press on the base.
- Hold the two marked positions at the bottom of the armrest and lift the armrest vertically upward.

VII. Warranty
Notice:
- For products beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period and scope, Mcombo® can provide replacement service for a basic charge.
- The warranty applies only to Mcombo® products and does not include accessories or enhancements.
- Warranties are valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the manual.

Consumer Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
- All warranties begin on the date of delivery and are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO® ONLY.
- MCOMBO® will replace defective parts or send replacement product provided parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service (e.g., damaged wire due to negligence).
- Exclusions include damage caused by: Contamination, Abuse/misuse/accident/negligence, Commercial use or use other than normal, Improper operation/maintenance/storage.
Note: Mcombo® will pay standard shipping rates on warranted parts for the first year. Discounted replacement parts are available when the product is out of warranty.
VIII. Return/ Replacement Policy
Notice: Returning items yourself incurs high costs (UPS/FedEx oversize fees) and requires a visit to a UPS/FedEx facility.

MCOMBO®: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. To initiate a return, contact customer service at sales@mcombo.com or 323-597-1109.
Return Conditions: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, including taxes.
Note:
- Keep original packaging. If unavailable, new packaging must meet UPS/FedEx size standards ( (width+height) * 2 + length < 128 inches).
- Disassemble the product before returning to avoid oversized shipping costs.
- Do not purchase return labels for damaged/defective products yourself.
