3. Assembly Steps

Step 1 - Bases Connection

  1. Use Seat Iron Sheets (Part #7) to connect the seat bases (Part #A, #B, and #G).
  2. When installing the steel sheets (Part #7), lightly tighten the screws (Part #4, #8) first. Do not lock them yet. Keep the steel sheets horizontal. Finally, tighten all screws (Part #4, #8) once all steel sheets are installed and the gap between the seats is adjusted.

Please connect the storage console first.

Diagram Description: Shows how to connect bases A, B, and G using seat iron sheets (7) and screws (4, 8). The attention box clarifies that the seat iron sheet needs to be installed on the iron frame, not under it.

Step 2 - Armrests Assembly

  1. Align the brackets of the armrest with the clips of the base.
  2. Push the armrest brackets firmly into the base. Listen for a "click" on each side to ensure the armrest is locked properly.

Ensure the two connections on each armrest are all inserted onto the seat tightly.

Step 3 - Backrests Assembly

  1. Connect the storage console (Part #G) to the console backrest (Part #H) using plastic cover screws (Part #9).
  2. Align the brackets of the backrest with the clips of the seat-back.
  3. Push the backrest brackets firmly into the seat-back. Listen for a "click" on each side to ensure the backrest is locked properly.

Diagram Description: Shows connecting console backrest (H) to console (G) with screws (9). It also shows aligning backrest brackets with seat-back clips and pushing until a click. Attention boxes detail unzipping the console, aligning holes, and tightening screws for the console backrest.

Step 4 - Product Connections

  1. Connect wire 'a' and wire 'b' from the backrest and seat base together (ensure they are the same color).
  2. Connect wire 'c' from the back to the massage remote.

Diagram Description: Illustrates connecting wires labeled 'a', 'b', and 'c' for the massage function and power. A wiring specification section labels these connections. An attention box advises using a plastic clip to organize cords.

Step 5 - Paste Velcro

  1. Place the loveseat in the reclined position.
  2. Pull out the Velcro in the gap between the base and the backrest and paste it securely.

Step 6 - Final Check

  1. Ensure both metal brackets on each armrest are mounted on the base. (There are two metal brackets on each side; proper insertion means the armrest engages one bracket, but pressure is distributed across both.)
  2. Ensure the backrest inserts are locked to the base (pull up to check).
  3. Ensure all wires are connected tightly.
  4. Ensure all wires are not placed at the bottom of the rack and will not be pressed by the frame. (If wires are pressed, they can break, causing the sofa to stop working.)
  5. Ensure all screws are tightened.
