Purchaser's Agreement
By accepting delivery of this product, you agree not to change, alter, or modify it, or remove or disable any safety features. You also agree not to refuse or neglect any retrofit kits provided by MCombo to enhance safe use.
I. Safety Guidelines
1. Mandatory
Read all safety and other instructions thoroughly before using your MCombo® product. Failure to follow these guidelines and warnings can result in personal injury or product damage, and will void the product warranty. Keep this manual for future reference.
2. Danger
- To prevent suffocation, keep plastic bags away from children.
- Do not allow children to play on or near the chair when in use. Serious injury or death could occur if a child is under the chair when it is in motion.
- Keep the power cord out of reach of small children and do not use it where it could be a trip hazard.
- Plug directly into a wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.
- Do not use this product if it is wet, in water, or around any liquid.
- Always leave the chair in an upright and closed position. Keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism and all moving parts. The footrest must be completely closed before getting in or out of the chair. Only the occupant should operate the chair.
- Before moving or troubleshooting, unplug power cords from the outlet and secure the mechanism to prevent unexpected movement of the chair.
- Do not operate the unit until the backrest is installed and locked.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the actuator or pump; there are no serviceable parts inside.
- Do not allow the electrical cord to be pinched between moving parts or between the frame and the floor. Do not place the cord under carpet or in a location where it could become worn.
- Do not attempt to disconnect the power plug by pulling the power cord. Always hold the power plug and pull it out.
- Closely supervise children and disabled persons using this product.
- To reduce the risk of head entrapment and other injuries, keep children and pets away from openings and moving parts in and around the furniture.
- This product has many moving parts; serious injury can occur if not used properly. Keep hands, fingers, and body parts away from the mechanism.
- To exit the unit safely and prevent a tripping hazard, bring the backrest upright and close the footrest.
- Place tables and area rugs at a distance to allow the footrest to fully extend without rubbing or interference.
- Check the condition of the power supplies, electrical cords, plugs, and connectors often. Keep the power supplies and electrical cords away from heat sources. Never operate the unit with a damaged power supply, electrical cord, plug, or connector.
- Do not charge your device into the USB charge ports for more than 24 hours.
- Do not charge any devices over 5V/2A with the USB charge ports.
- Do not cover the USB charge ports with other heat-dissipating electronic products, as this may prevent heat dissipation and cause overheating or melting.
- Unplug the power cord immediately if you detect strange odors or fumes coming from the chair. Contact MCombo Customer Support.
- The chair is intended for a single occupant, not exceeding 320 pounds. Do not operate the chair with more than one occupant in or on any part of the chair.
- If you give this product to someone else, you must include this owner's manual.
3. Warning
- Weight Capacity: 320 lbs.
- Do not use outdoors. INDOOR USE ONLY.
- To avoid tip-over, do not put your weight against the back of the chair.
- Do not stand, sit, or place extra weight on the arms, back, or open footrest.
- Do not use this product if it is damaged. Do not use attachments or substitute parts.
- Avoid exposing the upholstered chair to burning cigarettes or cigars, open flames, and high temperatures.
4. Symbols Information
The symbols below represent labels used on the product to identify warnings, mandatory actions, and prohibited actions. It is important to read and understand these symbols completely. Do not remove these labels from your product. Not all symbols may be used on your chair.

3. Assembly Steps
Step 1 - Backrest Assembly
- Align the brackets of the backrest with the clips of the seat-back.
- Push the brackets firmly into the seat-back. Listen for a "click" on each side to ensure the backrest is locked in properly.
NOTE: Pull up the backrest to check if it is locked in place. ATTENTION: Be careful not to crush or pinch wires when installing the backrest. ❌
Step 2 - Four Metal High Legs Assembly
- Turn the armrest upside down until the end of Step 2.
- Screw three #1 screws (6160-RSW117) and gaskets into the preset holes at the bottom of the armrest.
- Ensure the three screws are properly screwed in and then tighten them.
- Ensure the legs do not move.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for the other armrest.
ATTENTION: Only three screws are required to install each metal leg. ✔️
Step 3 - Adjustable Support Legs Assembly
- Screw the two #2 screws (6160-RSW15) into the preset holes in the middle bottom of the armrest.
- Ensure both screws are properly screwed in before tightening them and that the leg does not move.
- Repeat above steps for the other armrest.
ATTENTION: Please follow the direction shown to install; the adjustable legs are used to support the rack of the chair. ⬆️
Step 4 - Armrests Assembly
- Turn the base to the "L" side up, align the "E" left armrest brackets with the base brackets, and slide the armrest in parallel.
- Turn the base to the "R" side up, align the "F" right armrest brackets with the base brackets, and slide the armrest in parallel.
- Turn the recliner upright and press the base to ensure all 4 brackets are fully inserted.
ATTENTION: Ensure the two connections on each armrest are both inserted onto the base tightly. ✔️
Step 5 - Connections
Connect the recliner sofa according to the following wiring diagram. The wires with yellow labels interconnect, the wires with green labels interconnect, and the wires without labels interconnect.

Step 6 - Paste Velcro
- Place the chair in the reclined position.
- Pull out the Velcro in the gap between the base and the backrest and paste it well.
Step 7 - Final Check
- Ensure both metal brackets on each armrest are mounted on the base. (Note: Proper assembly requires both brackets to engage; partial engagement can lead to the armrest falling apart.)
- Ensure the backrest inserts are locked to the base.
- Ensure all wires are connected tightly.
- Ensure all wires are not positioned at the bottom of the rack and will not be pressed by the frame. (If a wire is pressed by the frame, it may break, causing the chair to stop working.)
- Ensure that the screws on the four metal high legs are tightened and that the two adjustable support legs on the middle armrest are tightened.
- Ensure that the adjustable support legs are installed in the correct direction.
III. Operating Instructions
1. Operation Precautions
- Do not use an extension cord.
- Do not exceed the recommended weight limit.
- Do not use outdoors. INDOOR USE ONLY.
- Keep dry. Do not operate in a wet or moist environment.
- Keep all cords away from heated surfaces and pinch points.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Periodically check the control and all power cords for visible damage.
- Always leave the lift chair in an upright and closed position when not in use.
- Do not use the footrest as a seat, or for purposes outside its intended use.
- Do not lean or apply downward force to the chair-back while in a reclined position.
NOTE: If you discover a problem at any point during setup or positioning, stop and contact Mcombo Customer Support immediately. To avoid personal injury or product damage, do not plug the unit into the electrical outlet until the problem is corrected, and do not attempt to fix electrical problems yourself.
2. Operation Instruction
Control Buttons

Operation Modes:
- Seated: For a short break, no operation is needed; the sofa provides a comfortable experience.
- Relaxing: Adjust the footrest and headrest position for relaxation.
- Napping: Adjust the headrest to the right position while raising the footrest for a nap.
- Home Button: Press the Home button to return both the headrest and footrest to their original positions.
IV. Care and Maintenance
Your Mcombo product is designed for years of superior performance. Follow these guidelines for regular care and maintenance to preserve its finish quality.
Notice
- Do not place your chair in direct sunlight, as sunlight causes fading.
- Do not smoke cigarettes while seated in or using your chair.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes by arranging the chair away from radiators, heat, and air vents.
- Do not use solvent-type cleaners for spot cleaning.
- Do not saturate fabric.
- Be careful that pet scratches may cause fabric or leather to break.
1. Fabric Care
- Inspect the fabric regularly for any pulls, tears, or gaps.
- Frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a nonmetallic, stiff bristle brush to remove dust and grime is recommended.
- For liquid spills on fabric, immediately wipe off the spill with a dry or lightly dampened clean white cloth, sponge, or paper towel.
2. Faux Leather Care
- Wipe leather down regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- For more stubborn dust, dampen the cloth with distilled water. Ensure the cloth is not soaking wet. Never let water soak into the leather.
- Always use a soft cloth and never an abrasive brush or scrubber, as this can scratch and damage the leather.
3. Electronics Care
- Inspect all wiring harnesses to ensure they are not damaged or caught under the chair.
- Keep all electronics free from moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Check electrical components frequently for signs of corrosion and replace as necessary.
- Contact Mcombo Customer Support if damage is present; do not attempt to fix it yourself.
4. Disposal & Recycling
Your power recliner sofa must be disposed of according to applicable local and national statutory disposal regulations. Contact your local waste disposal agency for information on the proper disposal of packaging, metal/wood frame components, fabric, and electronic components.

NOTE: If the recliner sofa does not operate properly, please contact Mcombo Customer Support for help. Never attempt to make any repairs or adjustments yourself.
VI. Disassembly Instruction
Notice
- Ensure the chair is in an upright position and its footrest and headrest are returned to their original positions.
- Please unplug the power adapter before disassembling.
- Please dismantle the power recliner sofa in strict accordance with the order in which they were dismantled.
Step 1 - Disconnect all Connections
Disconnect all connections on the chair base and backrest before disassembling.
Step 2 - Disassemble Armrests
- Turn the base on its side.
- Using both hands with gloves, hold the two metal legs, and place one foot against the metal rack as shown in the figure. Gently shake the armrest to pull it out parallel.

Step 3 - Disassemble Backrest
- Push the metal ears of the backrest inserts outward (refer to arrow direction). →
- After unlocking the metal lugs on both sides of the backrest, hold the bottom part of the backrest marked in the picture and pull it vertically upward. ↑

Step 4 - Disassemble Legs
Use the Hex wrench to remove all six legs.

VII. Warranty
Notice
- For products beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period and scope, Mcombo can provide replacement service for a basic charge.
- The warranty applies only to Mcombo® products and does not include accessories or enhancements.
- Warranties are valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the instruction manual.

CONSUMER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
- All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO® ONLY.
- MCOMBO® will replace defective parts or send replacement products provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged wire due to negligence or improper operation).
- Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

- Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
- Commercial use, or use other than normal
- Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: MCOMBO® will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the product is out of warranty.
VIII. Return/Replacement Policy

Why don't we recommend returning the item by yourself?

Return/Replacement Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from our store. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at sales@mcombo.com or 323-597-1109.
Return Conditions
Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and all original packaging and components included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the item price, including taxes.
NOTE:
- Please keep the original packaging for returns. If unavailable, new packaging must meet the following size standard: (width + height) * 2 + length < 128 inches.
- Please disassemble the product before returning it to avoid oversized shipping costs.
- Do not purchase a return label for a damaged/defective product yourself.
