This document provides instructions for the installation and operation of the IKEA GÖSSTAKE LED ceiling lamp.
Important Safety Information
IMPORTANT: If you have any problems regarding the electrical installation, contact an electrician. Always shut off power to the circuit before starting installation work. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

Installation Instructions
The installation process involves several steps, illustrated with diagrams:
- Step 1: Prepare the ceiling mount. Unscrew the existing fixture if applicable and prepare the mounting surface.
- Step 2: Connect the wires. Ensure correct polarity for live (L), neutral (N), and ground (if applicable). The diagram shows connecting wires to the terminal block.
- Step 3: Mount the lamp base to the ceiling. Secure the base using appropriate screws and anchors for your ceiling type.
- Step 4: Connect the power supply. Ensure the connections are secure. The diagram shows a specific connection method and a warning against incorrect wiring.
- Step 5: Connect the LED modules. The diagram shows three LED modules being connected to the power source.
- Step 6: Attach the decorative cover. Secure the cover to the lamp base.
Operation and Light Adjustment
The GÖSSTAKE lamp can be operated and its light color temperature adjusted using a standard wall switch:
- To turn ON/OFF: Flick the wall switch off and on again.
- To adjust color temperature:
- Turn the lamp ON.
- Within 1 second, turn the lamp OFF and then ON again to cycle through color temperatures:
- 2700K (Warm white)
- 4000K (Neutral white)
- 6500K (Cool white)
- The lamp will remain at the selected color temperature when turned off and on again.
