The light source within this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its lifespan, the entire luminaire must be replaced.
Installation Guide
Step 1: Mounting the Base
This step involves attaching the mounting base of the SJÖFARARE ceiling lamp to the ceiling. Remote Control Pairing
The SJÖFARARE ceiling lamp is compatible with the IKEA MYRKISEL remote control, which is sold separately.
Pairing Procedure
To pair the lamp with the remote control:
- Ensure the lamp is powered on.
- Within 5 seconds of turning the lamp on, press the pairing button on the remote control (or follow the specific pairing sequence indicated by the remote).
- If pairing is unsuccessful, turn the lamp off and then on again. Repeat the pairing process within 5 seconds of turning the light back on.
The pairing range is a maximum of 2 meters (approximately 78 inches).
Once paired, the remote control allows you to turn the lamp ON/OFF and adjust the color temperature between 2700K (warm white), 4000K (neutral white), and 6500K (cool white).
