6. Maintenance

4.1 Replace the Dust Bag

Dust Bag Indicator:

When the dust bag is full, the "FULL UP" indicator stays bright, and an app notification is displayed. Please replace the dust bag promptly.

When the collector is operating, the "COLLECTING" indicator lights up.

4.2 Clean the Dust Passage

4.3 Clean the Infrared Lens/Charging and Dust Collection Sensor Head

Wipe them gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. It is recommended to clean them once a month.

4.4 Clean the Fan Filter Screen

The fan filter screen is located below the dust bag. If dust accumulates, gently wipe it with a clean, soft, dry cloth. It is recommended to clean it once a month.

4.5 Clean the Main Brush

The main brush is a consumable part and should be cleaned at least once a week. It is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months to ensure cleaning effectiveness.

  1. Turn the robot vacuum over, press the pressure button on the main brush cover, and remove the main brush cover and the main brush.
  2. Cut the hair tangled on the main brush with the cleaning tool.
  3. Replace the main brush and the main brush cover. Press and secure the pressure button.

4.6 Clean/Replace the Side Brush

The side brush is a consumable part. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months to ensure cleaning effectiveness. Remove or install the side brush using a screwdriver.

4.7 Clean the Sensors

It is recommended to gently wipe each sensor every week with a clean, soft, dry cloth to ensure the normal use of the device.

7. Battery Maintenance

The robot vacuum cleaner has a built-in high-performance rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. To maintain battery performance, please keep the battery charged daily.

If the device is not used for a long time, please turn it off and store it properly. Recharge it at least every 3 months to prevent battery damage from deep discharge.

8. Cleaning the 2-in-1 Water Tank

  1. Press and hold the release button of the 2-in-1 water tank and pull it outwards simultaneously.
  2. Open the dust bin by pressing the dust bin's pressure button.
  3. Remove the filter screen clip.
  4. Remove the filter screen.
  5. Remove dirt from the filter screen and screen clip with a cleaning brush.
  6. Turn on the faucet to clean the dust bin. (Tips: It is recommended to use pure water without detergent.)
  7. Open the water tank lid and add an appropriate amount of water. (Tips: It is recommended to use pure water without detergent.)
  8. Please remove the water tank fittings from the machine as shown in the figure and turn them over to remove or replace the mop.

10. Troubleshooting

If the device is not running normally, the operation indicator will flash orange, and the device will issue a voice prompt when some errors occur. Refer to the table below for solutions.

Please check the anti-collision rail The bumper sensor is stuck Clean foreign objects around the anti-collision rail or move the machine away.
Please wipe the cliff sensor and move away from the danger zone to restart The cliff sensor is triggered after the machine starts Please wipe the cliff sensor and place the machine in a flat and open area to start.
Please check the main brush The main brush is stuck Clean the main brush or move the machine away.

The 2-in-1 water tank is removed The 2-in-1 water tank has been removed Please replace the 2-in-1 water tank and the filter screen, and ensure that the filter screen and the 2-in-1 water tank are installed.
Low battery, start charging Low battery during cleaning Low battery status. Please charge the robot before use.
The fan is abnormal The fan is abnormal Please try to turn off the device and then restart it.
Please wipe the wall-following position-sensitive detector on the right side The wall-following position-sensitive detector is abnormal Please wipe and clean the wall-following position-sensitive detector.
The Lidar cover is pressed The Lidar cover is stuck The Lidar is pressed or stuck. Please move it to another position to start.
The battery is damaged or not installed The battery has an anomaly during charging or is too low. Wait until the battery temperature returns to normal before using it.
The machine cannot be started Low battery level or abnormal ambient temperature. The battery level is low. Please charge it before use. The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°C) or too high (above 50°C). Please use the product in an environment of 0°C to 40°C.
Cannot charge Charging electrode tip of the machine and the dust collection and charging sensor head of the dust collection and charging station are dirty or have poor contact. 1. Please ensure the power cord of the dust collection charging station is connected to the power supply. 2. Regularly clean the charging electrode tip of the machine and the dust collection and charging sensor head of the dust collection and charging station. 3. Please eliminate the poor contact caused by the side brush or other foreign objects, and try to reposition the machine manually.
Charging failed, dust collection station not found The dust collection station is blocked or too far away; the dust collection station is not connected to the power supply; there are foreign objects at the bottom of the mop cloth holder, or the mop cloth is rolled up. Please place the dust collection charging station in an open area and place the device near the dust collection charging station to try again. Please connect the dust collection charging station to the power supply; please clean the bottom of the mop cloth holder and tidy up the mop cloth.
Abnormal behavior Program exception Turn off and restart.
Unusual noises are heard during cleaning Foreign objects are tangled on the main brush/side brush or main wheel. Turn off the device for cleaning.
Cleaning performance is reduced or dust falls off The dust bag is full or the filter screen is clogged, or the main brush is tangled. Please clean the dust bag, filter screen, and main brush promptly.
Regular cleaning does not work Low battery status. Regular cleaning can only start when the remaining battery charge is more than 30%. Please keep the machine charged every day.
Cannot connect to APP Abnormal Wi-Fi network, incorrect Wi-Fi password, or abnormal APP. Please ensure the device is in a good Wi-Fi signal area; re-enter the Wi-Fi password or reset Wi-Fi; download the latest version of the APP and connect it.
The floor mopping module dispenses no or little water Too little water in the water tank, mop cloth too dirty, or the mop cloth holder is not attached. Please check if there is water in the water tank; clean the mop cloth; and install the mop cloth correctly according to the instructions.
The floor mopping module dispenses too much water The water tank cover is not attached, and the water output is set to maximum. Please ensure the water tank cover is attached and set the appropriate water volume in the APP.
Dust collection performance decreases Dust accumulates in the dust bag, reducing airflow into the suction nozzle. Replace the dust bag.
Cannot return to the dust collection charging station after spot cleaning or moving The robot creates a new map, or the distance is too large. After spot cleaning or a long movement, the robot generates a new map. If the dust collection station is far away, the robot may not be able to charge automatically. Please manually return the device to the dust collection charging station for charging.
Dust suction failed The dust bag is missing or not installed. The dust bag is full or clogged. The fan starts overheating protection or has errors. Please install the dust bag correctly and try collecting dust again after 30 minutes. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact customer service. Replace the dust bag and clean the dust collection charging station (suction inlet, dust passage, fan filter screen, etc.) promptly.

11. Warranty

Your Laresar machine is warranted for 1 year against original defects in material and workmanship when used in a household manner according to the Laresar operating instructions.

12. Disposal

This product must not be disposed of via household waste. Dispose of the device at an authorized collection point for the recycling of electrical equipment. The chemicals contained in the product's Lithium-ion battery pollute the environment. Please remove the battery before scrapping and take it to a professional battery recycling station for centralized disposal.
