Basic Operation

Power unit ON.
Ensure the unit is powered on.

Fill with demineralized/distilled water.
Use only demineralized or distilled water. Never use tap water.

Load configurations.
Select appropriate cycle configurations for the load.

Close unit door.
Securely close the unit door.

Run cycle.
Start the selected cycle. The touchscreen will display cycle progress, including temperature, pressure, and time.

Open door.
Once the cycle is complete, open the door.

Unload instruments.
Carefully remove the sterilized instruments.

If required, drain manually.
Follow manual draining procedures if necessary.
Touchscreen
The touchscreen interface allows for selection of cycles (Cycles & Test), viewing data, and adjusting settings.
Cycle Types: Cycles, Solid, Solid Non-Lumened, Instruments, Hollow, Hollow Lumened, Instruments, Rubber & Plastics, Textiles, Hollow Lumened, Solid.
Ventilation
Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation: 0.78in (20mm) at the front and side, and 2.75in (70mm) at the back.
Filling Options
The unit can be filled with demineralized/distilled water from the top or the front.
Draining Options
The unit offers both manual and automatic draining options.
Maintenance Schedule
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity.
- Daily: Clean door gasket and interior of the door. Check for wear. Empty waste tank before refilling water reservoir.
- Weekly: Clean chamber and accessories with a damp cloth and neutral detergent if needed. Rinse with demineralized/distilled water. Inspect and clean chamber anti-dust filter. Ensure the area around the BRAVO G4 is dust-free.
- Every 3-6 Months: Inspect and clean the chamber drain filter. Replace if required. Lubricate the door lock.
- Monthly or 1,000 Cycles: Replace the door gasket.
- Annually: Drain and clean the internal water reservoir. If applicable, clean the external water tank for automatic filling.
- As required: Check and replace the bacteriological filter.
