Basic Operation

  1. Power unit ON.

    Ensure the unit is powered on.

  2. Fill with demineralized/distilled water.

    Use only demineralized or distilled water. Never use tap water.

  3. Load configurations.

    Select appropriate cycle configurations for the load.

  4. Close unit door.

    Securely close the unit door.

  5. Run cycle.

    Start the selected cycle. The touchscreen will display cycle progress, including temperature, pressure, and time.

  6. Open door.

    Once the cycle is complete, open the door.

  7. Unload instruments.

    Carefully remove the sterilized instruments.

  8. If required, drain manually.

    Follow manual draining procedures if necessary.

Touchscreen

The touchscreen interface allows for selection of cycles (Cycles & Test), viewing data, and adjusting settings.

Cycle Types: Cycles, Solid, Solid Non-Lumened, Instruments, Hollow, Hollow Lumened, Instruments, Rubber & Plastics, Textiles, Hollow Lumened, Solid.

Ventilation

Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation: 0.78in (20mm) at the front and side, and 2.75in (70mm) at the back.

Filling Options

The unit can be filled with demineralized/distilled water from the top or the front.

Draining Options

The unit offers both manual and automatic draining options.

Maintenance Schedule

Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity.
