Quick Start Guide
Safety & Warnings

- This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. If it suffers any failure or damage, cease usage and contact Kogan Support.
Overview
Watch
The watch features the following components:
- Pressure sensor
- Microphone
- Power button: Press to power on/off, wake/turn off screen, or return to the main menu.
- Turn knob: Used to flip through options and confirm selections.
- Shortcuts: Access sports mode or wake the screen.
The watch display shows time, heart rate (e.g., 62 bpm), and battery status.
Charger
The charger requires alignment with the watch. It features a USB input. The watch can be charged via the included charger or directly via USB (5V 1A).
Interface
- Swipe from right to access main menu: Displays various app icons.
- Slide down to access quick settings: Includes brightness, find phone, Bluetooth, GPS, mute, aeroplane mode, weather, and calendar.
- Slide up to access daily exercise statistics: View single exercise statistics, sleep monitor, heart rate, elevation, air pressure, and GPS page.
Operation
Setup
System requirements: Android 4.4+; iOS 8.0+ (iPhone 5 and above).
- Install the 'HitFit' app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Locate the watch within the app and connect.
- Locate the watch within the phone's Bluetooth settings and connect.
- When prompted, allow notifications and grant permissions.
After connecting, you can sync data by tapping a sync icon [sync-icon]. Long press the dial and slide to select your preferred clock interface.
Strava Integration and Data Display
The watch allows sharing of activity data to platforms like Strava. The process involves initiating a share from the app, which may prompt for Strava login or account creation. Post-upload, Strava displays detailed activity metrics including distance, pace, elevation, and heart rate, often presented in graphical formats.
Examples of data displayed on Strava include:
- Walk Data: Distance (e.g., 0.4 km), time, elevation gain, average speed.
- Running Data: Distance (e.g., 0.33 km), pace (e.g., 12'11"/km), time, heart rate zones, anaerobic limit, cardio pulmonary exercise duration.
- Graphs: Visualizations of elevation, pace, and heart rate over time during an activity.
Unlinking Account
After connecting to Strava, the app will be linked. To change your details or unlink from Strava, navigate to the 'Me' interface, then personal settings (iOS) or device settings (Android) within the app.
Personal settings allow modification of Name, Gender, Height, Weight, Age, and Target (e.g., steps, duration).
