Step 1

ATTENTION

For longer use. Re-tighten bolts every 3 months by using the enclosed allen-key [allen-key]. Using an electric drill [power-drill] can damage the frame. Please re-tighten bolts manually.

Shows two main frame sections labeled '1' and '2', and a side frame section labeled '3'. Arrows indicate that the side frame attaches to the ends of the main frames. A magnified view shows two screws labeled 'B' (M8 x 40mm) being inserted into pre-drilled holes. A circular icon indicates the screw is tightened to 50%.

Attach Side Frame (3) to the side of the Frames (1&2) with Screws (B) *4. Repeat the same installation steps to get Two installed Frames.

Note: Fully expand the frame before installing the screws. Otherwise the screw cannot be twisted in. The screws are tightened by 50% first.

Step 2

Shows the partially assembled frame from Step 1. A middle frame section labeled '4' is positioned horizontally across the two main frames. Arrows indicate attachment points at the ends of the middle frame. A magnified view shows two screws labeled 'A' (M8 x 32mm) being inserted. A circular icon indicates the screw is tightened to 50%.

Align the head and tail of the Middle Frame (4) with the two installed Frames, and secure them completely with Screws (A)*4.

Note: The screws are tightened by 50% first.

Step 3

Shows the assembled frame structure. Magnified views focus on the legs of the frame. Arrows indicate where screws labeled 'C' (M8 x 50mm) and nuts labeled 'E' (M8) are used to secure the frame's legs. A circular icon indicates the screw is tightened to 50%.

Align the screw holes on the legs of the two Frames, and secure them completely with Screws (C)*2 and Nut (E)*2.

Note: The screws are tightened by 50% first.

Step 4

Shows the frame structure with center supports. Center slats labeled '5' and '6' are shown being slotted into place. Arrows indicate their position. Magnified views show screws labeled 'D' (M8 x 60mm) and nuts labeled 'E' (M8) used to attach the center slats to the middle frame (4). A circular icon indicates the screw is tightened to 50%.

Insert Center Slat (6) into the Center Slat (5). After fixing both, insert them onto the groove in the middle of the Side Frame (3)*2, and fix the Center Slats (5&6) to the Middle Frame (4) with Screw (D)*1. Finally, the Central Slat (5) and the Central Slat (6) are fixed with a Nut (E)*2.

Note: Once installation is complete, tighten all screws 100%. Tighten the screws again every 3 months.

Step 5

Shows the completed frame structure with center slats. Numerous slats labeled '7' are depicted being placed horizontally across the frame into designated grooves. Arrows indicate the even distribution and placement of these slats.

Insert Slats (7)*24 evenly onto each groove of the Frames (3&4).
