Product Sketch and Components
Diagram of the printer:
- 1. Open button: Press it to open the cover and change the paper.
- 2. Power button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch the printer on or off.
- 3. USB data wire: Connects to a power bank or mobile phone charger for power.
Power Indicator Status
- Light steady on: Bluetooth connected.
- Light flashing: Bluetooth disconnected.
- Blue light on: Normal use status/fully charged.
- Red light on: Cover opened/No paper/Over-heat/Charging.
- Purple light on: Low battery, please charge in time.

Smartphone APP Printing
How to Print Wirelessly via Smartphone APP 'Jadens Printer'
- Press and hold the power button of the printer for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Download and install the [Jadens Printer] APP on your smartphone.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Connect your device:
- Option 1: Open the App and search for the connected printer according to the prompts in the App. (Tip: Do not connect the printer via the phone's Bluetooth settings.)
- Option 2: Open the APP, scan the device connection QR code by printing from the printer after double-clicking the power button.
- Select and edit the content to be printed in the App, confirm, and print it.
APP Download
- Search and download [Jadens Printer] on Google Play or AppStore.
- Scan the provided QR code (on the App Guide Card) to download the APP. [QR Code for App Download]
Charging Instructions
- Input charging: 5V = 2A. Charging time: approximately 2.5 hours.
- It is recommended to use smartphone chargers for charging.
- Please fully charge the printer before its first use.
- If the printer is not used for a long time, charge it once every 3 months to prevent long-term natural loss of the lithium battery.
Warm tips: Working environment: Use at an ambient temperature of 5°C to 40°C.
Caution: This product does not include a power adapter. The output specifications of the adapter must comply with 5V=2A.
Open/Close Cover and Change Paper
1. Open cover: Press the open button to open the cover.
2. Put paper in: Ensure the printing side faces up. The end of the paper outlet needs to exceed the paper outlet of the machine.
3. Close the cover: Press the device to close the cover.
Clean the Printer Head
- Turn off the printer and remove the paper roll after shutdown.
- Rub a cotton cloth or cotton swab with medical alcohol and gently wipe the print head from the center to all sides.
- Do not use the printer immediately after cleaning the print head; wait 1-2 minutes for the alcohol to completely evaporate.
Warning: Please do not directly touch the printing head to avoid damage. Especially, do not directly touch the printing head immediately after printing to avoid overheating and scalding. [Warning Symbol]

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Register and activate via the 'Jadens Printer' phone application.
This 1-year limited warranty covers repair or replacement if the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, at Jadens's option.

Warranty Exclusions:
- This warranty applies only to hardware components not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, or damage from external causes, alteration, unauthorized repair, or commercial use. Defects resulting from normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts or any use not in accordance with the instruction manual.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product from the original date of purchase. It is valid only if the unit is purchased new from an authorized retailer and is non-transferable. Warranties are valid only in the country of purchase.
