Getting Started: Connections

1. Connect via 2.4GHz Dongle

Install the included batteries (2 total). Connect the USB dongle to your computer and power on the keyboard. The GO Keyboard will connect automatically.

2. Connect via Bluetooth

Press the CONNECT button.

Switch between preferred connections:

• Purple LED: 2.4GHz
• Blue LED: Bluetooth Channel 1
• Yellow LED: Bluetooth Channel 2

Press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED flashes, indicating pairing mode. On your device, select 'JLab GO Keys' in Bluetooth settings.

Keyboard Features & Controls

Connection Switching

Use Fn + 1, Fn + 2, or Fn + 3 to quickly switch between your paired devices (Bluetooth channels or 2.4GHz).

Operating System Layouts

Use Fn + Q, Fn + W, or Fn + E to switch between Mac, Android, and Windows keyboard layouts.

Audio Controls

• Volume -/+ : Rotate the dial.
• Play/Pause: Short press the dial.
• Next Track: Press and hold the dial.
• Previous Track: Double press the dial.

Fn Key Lock

Press Fn + Right Shift to lock or unlock the Fn key functionality. This allows you to access media keys directly without holding Fn.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Bluetooth Pairing: For Bluetooth connections on Mac/PC/Android, ensure Bluetooth 1 or 2 is selected on the keyboard. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED flashes. Then, go to your device's Bluetooth settings to pair.
• Connection Issues: If the device fails to connect, go to your device's Bluetooth settings, select 'JLab GO Keys', and choose 'Forget Device' or 'Disconnect'. Then, press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED flashes to re-enter pairing mode. Re-pair the keyboard through your device's settings.
• 2.4GHz Dongle Not Connecting: 1. Remove the dongle from the USB port. 2. Press Fn + 1 to activate the 2.4GHz connection. 3. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the purple LED flashes. 4. Reconnect the dongle.
• Keycaps: The keyboard keys are not removable; do not attempt to remove them.
• Cleaning: To clean the keyboard, avoid spraying cleaners directly onto it. Lightly spray a microfiber cloth and then wipe the keyboard.
• Factory Reset: To disconnect all wireless devices and reset to factory settings, press and hold the T, H, and J keys simultaneously for over 3 seconds.
