Connecting Your Keyboard
1. Connect with Dongle
Insert included batteries. 2 batteries are included.
Install the 2.4G USB dongle and turn on the keyboard. GO Keys connects automatically.

2. Connect with Bluetooth
Press the CONNECT button briefly to switch to your preferred connection:
- Purple LED: 2.4G connection
- Blue LED: Bluetooth connection 1
- Yellow LED: Bluetooth connection 2
Press and hold the CONNECT button. The LED will blink in pairing mode. Select 'JLab GO Keys' in your device settings to connect.

Keyboard Functions & Media Controls
Quick Connection Switch
Fn + 1/2/3: Switch between paired devices.
Layout Switching
Fn + Q/W/E: Switch keyboard layout for Mac / Android / Windows.
Media Controls
- Volume Down/Up: Rotate the dial.
- Play/Pause: Press once.
- Skip Forward: Press twice.
- Skip Backward: Press and hold.
Fn Key Lock
Fn + Right Shift: Lock/unlock the Fn key functionality (refer to key combinations table).
Special Characters & Layouts
Symbols on the left side of keys (grey) indicate functions in Mac mode. Symbols on the right side (white) indicate PC functions.
Access Mac characters (indicated by a grey circle) using the Opt key. Access PC symbols (indicated by a white circle) using the right Alt key.
Example: Pressing Opt + E accesses a Mac character, while pressing Alt + E accesses a PC symbol.

Quick Tips
- When connecting via Bluetooth to a Mac/PC/Android, ensure the GO keyboard is set to Bluetooth 1 or Bluetooth 2. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED blinks. Then, go to your Bluetooth device settings to establish the connection.
- If your device does not connect, forget the 'JLab GO Keys' in your device settings. Turn the GO keyboard off and then on again. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED blinks to activate pairing mode. Re-enter your device settings to attempt connection again.
- If the 2.4G USB dongle is not registering: 1. Remove the dongle. 2. Press Fn + 1 to establish a 2.4G connection. 3. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the violet LED blinks. 4. Re-insert the dongle.
- The keys cannot be removed. Do not attempt to remove them under any circumstances.
- For cleaning, do not spray cleaning solution directly onto the keyboard. Lightly spray a cloth or microfiber cloth and wipe the keyboard.
- To completely disconnect all wireless devices and return to factory settings, press and hold the keys 'T' + 'H' + 'J' for at least 3 seconds.
