1. Connect with Dongle

Insert the 2.4G USB dongle and turn on the keyboard. The Epic Keys will connect automatically.

If the connection fails, press and hold the 2.4 button until the indicator light flashes rapidly. Disconnect and reconnect the dongle to your computer.

2. Connect with Bluetooth

Press and hold Pairing Button 1 or Pairing Button 2 for Bluetooth pairing. The LED will flash in pairing mode.

Press and hold CONNECT. Select "JLab Epic Keys" in your device settings.

Pairing with JLab Mouse or JBuds

Do you have a JLab Epic mouse or JBuds? Scan the QR code to learn how to pair both devices with a single dongle.

3. Keys and Controls

Battery Status:

• ? 100%-20%
• ? Less than 20%

[USB-C Charging Port] is available for charging.

Multimedia Controls:

• ? Volume -/+: Rotate [Volume Dial]
• ▶️ Play/Pause: Single Press [Play/Pause Button]
• ⏭️ Next Track: Double Press [Next Track Button]
• ⏮️ Previous Track: Press and Hold [Previous Track Button]

Fn Key Functions:

Fn + Esc: ? [Fn Lock On/Off]

Fn + Q/W/E: Switch keyboard layout for Mac/Windows/Android.

Connection Change: ? Quick Press [Connection Button].

Pairing Mode: ? Press and Hold [Connection Button].
