Assembly Steps

Follow the numbered steps below to assemble your KOLBJÖRN cabinet.

1. Attach brackets to the side panels using screws.
2. Insert dowels into the side panels.
3. Assemble the frame by connecting the side panels and crossbars.
4. Attach the back panel.
5. Attach the top and bottom panels.
6. Assemble the doors.
7. Attach the doors to the cabinet.
8. Insert shelves.
9. Attach the feet.
10. Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware.

Step 1: Assemble the base frame. Connect the side panels using the provided screws and dowels. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 2: Attach the horizontal supports to the side panels using screws.

Step 3: Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels.

Step 4: Attach the top and bottom panels to the frame using screws.

Step 5: Assemble the doors by attaching the hinges. Use screws (10005716) and the Allen key (100092).

Step 6: Attach the doors to the cabinet frame.

Step 7: Insert the shelves into the cabinet.

Step 8: Attach the feet to the bottom of the cabinet using screws (144262).

Step 9: Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. Ensure the wall attachment is appropriate for your wall type.

Step 10: Attach the top panel using screws (8x).

Step 11: Attach the doors using the provided brackets and screws.

Step 12: Secure the top panel with screws (8x).

Step 13: Attach the top panel using screws (8x) and the Allen key (100092).

Step 14: Attach the doors using dowels (4x) and the bracket (142661).

Step 15: Attach the doors to the cabinet frame.

Step 16: Attach the doors using the provided brackets and screws.

Step 17: Attach the doors using screws (10046377, 10095771) and the bracket (144262).

Step 18: Attach the doors using screws (130864, 10004350).

Step 19: Attach the doors using brackets (10005835).

Step 20: Insert the shelf.

Step 21: Adjust the feet for leveling. The included leveling feet allow for adjustment of approximately 6mm (1/4"), 12mm (1/2"), and 18mm (6/8").

Step 22: Attach the shelf supports.

Step 23: Secure the top unit to the cabinet using screws (4x) and the bracket (10085847).

Step 24: Secure the top unit to the cabinet using screws (4x) and the bolt (10005757).

Care Instructions

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
