Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two long metal rods to a larger panel using 4x 10005757 screws.
Step 2
Insert the metal rods into the corresponding slots on the side panels. Secure with 4x 10005757 screws. This forms the base frame.

Slide one side panel into the frame. [arrow]

Slide the other side panel into the frame. [arrow]
Step 5
Attach the top panel to the frame using 6x 10005716 screws and the provided Allen key (10005716).
Step 6
The partially assembled frame is shown being tilted. [arrow]
Step 7
Attach the back panel supports to the frame using 2x 100092 bolts and the Allen key (10005716).
Step 8
Attach the bottom shelf supports using 3x 144262 screws.
Step 9
Slide the back panels into the grooves of the frame and secure them with brackets (114664). [arrow]
Step 10
Attach the side panels to the main frame using 8x screws. [arrow]
Step 11
Attach the top panel to the frame. [arrow]
Step 12
Attach the bottom shelf to the frame.
Step 13
Secure the side panels to the base using 8x screws (10005716) and the Allen key (10005716). [arrow]
Step 14
Attach the feet/caps (142661) to the bottom of the cabinet. [arrow]
Step 15
Attach the hinges to the cabinet doors. [arrow]
Step 16
Attach the doors to the cabinet body. [arrow]
Step 17
Secure the hinges using screws (e.g., 10006156, 10046377, 10095771, 190018) and the Allen key (10005716). [arrow]
Step 18
Attach the door handles using screws (e.g., 130864, 10004350). [arrow]
Step 19
Insert the shelf supports (10005835) inside the cabinet. [arrow]
Step 20
Insert the shelves into the cabinet. [arrow]
Step 21
Level the cabinet using the adjustable feet. The diagram shows a spirit level [spirit level] on top of the cabinet and adjustment of the feet (up/down and rotation [arrow]).
Step 22
Attach wall mounting brackets (114664) to the back of the cabinet. [arrow]
Step 23
⚠️ Secure the cabinet to the wall using the wall brackets and appropriate wall screws and plugs (not included). The diagram shows the cabinet being attached to a wall.

The final assembled KOLBJÖRN cabinet is shown. The diagram also illustrates how to stack another unit on top, using screws (10005757). [arrow]
