Overview
The eufy MACH V1 Ultra is a cordless wet/dry vacuum cleaner with steam cleaning capabilities. It is designed for efficient floor cleaning.
Key Components:
- Handle Bar: Houses controls and display.
- Mode Button: Selects cleaning modes.
- Power Button: Turns the device on/off, pauses/resumes cleaning.
- LCD Display Screen: Shows operational status, mode, battery level, and cleanliness indicators.
- Trigger: Activates specific functions like steam release or enhanced suction.

Charging
Before first use, fully charge the MACH Vacuum Cleaner for 4 hours.
1. Wrap the power cable neatly.
2. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
3. Place the MACH Vacuum Cleaner onto the charging base. The LCD display will light up, and a voice prompt will indicate charging has started.
Note: Power plug type may vary by region. Charging speed depends on working mode and ambient temperature.
Turning On & Initial Setup
1. Step on the foot pedal and push the handle bar backward until you hear a click.
2. Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn on the device. The LCD display will light up.
Initial Setup:
Ensure your smartphone/tablet runs iOS 10.0+ or Android 5.0+, and your wireless router has a 2.4GHz band enabled.
For first-time use, follow the on-screen animation for basic operations, language selection, downloading the eufy Clean app (via scanning a QR code), and Wi-Fi connection.

Using the MACH Vacuum Cleaner
Add Clean Water
- Remove the clean water tank.
- Open the rubber cover.
- Add tap water until it reaches the MAX water line. Do not use mineral or purified water. Do not add hot water above 50°C.
- Replace the clean water tank until it clicks into place.
Add Floor Cleaner
- Remove the floor cleaner tank.
- Open the rubber cover.
- Add designated eufy floor cleaner into the tank. Ensure the floor cleaner switch is turned on during cleaning.
- Replace the floor cleaner tank until it clicks into place.
Important: Use only eufy-designated floor cleaner. Do not use cleaners with excessive foam. Do not add hot water, alcohol, or corrosive liquids. Do not heat the water tank in a microwave.
Start / Stop Cleaning
After setup, cleaning starts in Smart mode by default. Use the mode button to change modes. Press the power button to pause or resume.
To stop cleaning: Press and hold the power button for 1 second, or push the handle bar forward until it clicks.
The MACH Vacuum Cleaner is not designed for high-pile rugs (over 1cm) or carpets made of wool or animal furs. It is recommended to use suction mode for carpets.
LCD Screen Guide
The LCD screen displays the device's status:
- 1: Voice Prompt Volume: Shows current volume (High/Low/Mute).
- 2: Work Mode Animation: Displays the current operating mode.
- 3: Floor Cleaner Switch Indicator: Lights up when the floor cleaner switch is on.
- 4: Charging Status/Battery Level: Shows current battery percentage.
- 5: Mode Name: Displays the selected cleaning mode.
- 6: Max Power Indicator: Lights up when operating at maximum power.
- 7: Cleanliness Status: Intelligently shows floor cleanliness (Dirty, Half-dirty, Clean) via a colored light bar.
- 8: Jetblade™ Quick-Drying Indicator: Lights up when the quick-drying function is active.
- 9: Ozone Disinfection Indicator: Lights up when ozone disinfection is enabled.
Cleaning Modes:
- Smart Mode: For daily mopping and hard floor washing.
- Steam Mode: For removing stubborn stains and bacteria. Steam is released only when the trigger is held. Recommended for sealed hardwood, marble, tile, and stone floors.
- Suction Mode: For carpet cleaning or absorbing dry/liquid waste.
Using the Trigger
- In Smart or Suction mode, press and hold the trigger to strengthen the current function.
- In Steam mode, press and hold the trigger to release steam.
- Release the trigger to deactivate the feature.
- Hold the trigger for 2 seconds while on the charging base to dry the rolling brush.
Using the Menu
Access the menu by pressing and holding the mode button for 1 second.
Menu Options:

- Adjust Volume
- Enable/Disable EcoClean™ Ozone Disinfection (indicated by a ozone icon ♨️)
- Enable/Disable Descaling Mode
- Reset Wi-Fi Connection (if interrupted)
- View device information
- Restore factory settings
- Check consumable material life span (rolling brush, filter) and reset progress bars.
Navigate options using the mode/power button and confirm selections with the trigger.
Press and hold the mode button for 1 second to exit the menu.

If the device is idle for 5 minutes without starting self-cleaning or cleaning the dirty water tank, red status lights will flash for up to 5 minutes. Turn off these lights by initiating self-cleaning or cleaning the tank, or via the eufy Clean app.
Maintenance
Turning Voice Prompts On or Off
Press and hold the self-cleaning button for 2 seconds.
Self-Cleaning and Self-Drying
Ensure the clean water tank is more than half full before starting.
- Place the MACH Vacuum Cleaner onto the charging base.
- Press the self-cleaning button. The device will automatically clean and self-dry the rolling brush.
- For better cleaning, turn on the floor cleaner switch before self-cleaning.
- The system will prompt you to clean the dirty water tank when the rolling brush starts self-drying.
Do not rinse or soak the mopping head. Do not remove the rolling brush cover during self-cleaning.
Drying of the Rolling Brush
If only the rolling brush needs drying, hold the trigger for 2 seconds while the device is on the charging base.
Clean the Dirty Water Tank
- Remove the dirty water tank.
- Separate the top container from the dirty water tank.
- Remove the dry waste separator.
- Rinse the dirty water tank and all components thoroughly with water.
- Reassemble the dirty water tank.
- Push the dirty water tank back into the MACH Vacuum Cleaner until it clicks.
Enable Descaling Mode
Steam release may decrease over time. Descale the MACH Vacuum Cleaner every six months.
- Press and hold the mode button for 1 second to access the menu.
- Navigate to and select the descaling mode using the mode/power button, then confirm with the trigger.
- Follow on-screen instructions and voice prompts to complete descaling.
Start Descaling
- Place the MACH Vacuum Cleaner on the charging base.
- Remove the clean water tank.
- Pour the contents of the citric acid packet into the clean water tank. Add clean water to the MAX line and shake well.
- Replace the clean water tank.
- Start the descaling process.
- After descaling, remove and clean the clean water tank. Fill it more than halfway with clean water.
- Replace the clean water tank and press the self-cleaning button to start self-cleaning.
Safety Precautions for Citric Acid: Do not touch citric acid particles with bare hands. Do not ingest citric acid. Keep citric acid away from children. Do not allow children to handle citric acid.
Clean the Rolling Brush Manually
While self-cleaning is available, manual cleaning is recommended for tangled foreign substances like hair.
Ensure the MACH Vacuum Cleaner is turned off before removing the rolling brush cover.
- Pull to open the cover.
- Press the release button and pull up to remove the rolling brush.
- Clean the rolling brush using the supplied cleaning tool.
- Reinstall the rolling brush by inserting its end into the right holder, then pressing down the release button into the left holder. Ensure proper installation to avoid damage.
- Reinstall the rolling brush cover.
Clean the High-Performance Filter
It is recommended to clean the filter once a week.
- Remove the dirty water tank.
- Remove the high-performance filter.
- Rinse the filter and dry it completely before next use.
Clean the Removable Cover
It is recommended to clean the cover once a week.
- Remove the cover.
- Rinse the cover thoroughly.
Clean the Steam Nozzles
If steam nozzles are clogged, clean them with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Troubleshooting
MACH Vacuum Cleaner Not Working Normally:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Verify the handle bar is pushed backward and clicked into place.
- Check if the rolling brush is stuck.
- If steam is not released, check if the Steam Reset button on the mopping head has popped out. If so, do not press it. Stop use and contact Customer Service.
Decreased Suction Power or Loud Noise:
- Check for obstructions in openings.
- Ensure the dirty water tank is properly installed.
- Confirm the dirty water tank and filter are clean.

- Prevent unintentional starting by ensuring the switch is off before carrying.
- Recharge only with the specified charging base.
- Do not use damaged or modified battery packs.
- Avoid exposure to fire or excessive temperatures (above 130°C/266°F).
- Charge within the specified temperature range (5-40°C / 41-104°F).
- Servicing should only be performed by qualified personnel with identical replacement parts.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated.
