Vorbereitende Anweisungen zur Benutzung (Preparatory Instructions for Use)

The T201DC100 can be mounted in any position, provided environmental conditions are respected.

For mounting on a DIN rail, use the supplied accessory.

Note: Strong magnetic fields can influence measurements. Avoid proximity to permanent magnets, electromagnets, or ferrous mass that cause significant magnetic field variations. If the zero error exceeds the specified value, try a different arrangement or orientation.

Stromaussgang für Loop 4 ÷ 20 mA (Current Output for Loop 4 ÷ 20 mA)

A schematic diagram illustrates a 4-20 mA current loop. It shows a voltage source (U) connected in series with the transducer (represented by an ammeter symbol 'I' with 'mA' inside) and the loop. The maximum allowable voltage (Umax) is indicated as 28 V.

Stromeingang (Current Input)

⚠️ [Attention] Ensure the direction of current flow through the cable is as illustrated (incoming).

To measure the current flowing through the cable, insert the cable into the central bore of the T201DC100 (as shown in the illustration). The maximum current that can be measured is 100 A. To increase measurement sensitivity, insert the cable multiple times into the central bore and form a series of turns. Measurement sensitivity is proportional to the number of turns. For example, if the scale range is set and 5 turns are made through the opening, the scale range is 5 times smaller, and the measurement is more sensitive. The windings should be arranged symmetrically to maintain device precision.

Use the DIP switches to select the unipolar or bipolar scale and to activate or deactivate the filter.
