Control of the Two-Ring Cooking Zone
The two-ring cooking zone area adapts to cookware size. To activate the larger heating zone, rotate the knob fully until a click is heard, then set the desired power level.
Hi-Light Cooking Zones
Hi-Light zones heat up rapidly, allowing cooking to begin sooner.
Residual Heat Indicator
Each hob has a control light that stays on if the hob is still hot after being turned off. The light goes out when the zone cools down. The indicator also lights up if a hot pot is placed on a cool zone.
Glass Ceramic Cooking Surface
- The hob is resistant to temperature changes but is not unbreakable. Dropping an object with its edge on the plate can cause breakage. Disconnect a damaged hotplate immediately and do not use it.
- Using the glass ceramic hob as a storage area may cause scratches or other damage.
- Do not use aluminum or plastic cookware, or place plastic objects or aluminum foil on hot cooking zones.
- Ensure cooking zones and cookware bottoms are clean and dry. Do not place empty cookware on a cooking zone.
Tips Regarding Your Cookware
- Use quality cookware with flat and stable bottoms.
- Pan bottom and cooking zone diameters should match.
- Tempered glass cookware with special ground bottoms can be used if the diameter fits the cooking zone. Cookware with a larger diameter may crack due to thermal tension.
- Ensure pots and pans are centered on the cooking zone.
- When using a pressure cooker, monitor it until the correct pressure is reached. Start with maximum power, then reduce according to manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure sufficient liquid in pressure cookers or pots to prevent damage from overheating.
- Observe manufacturer instructions for special cookware.
Energy Saving Tips
- Match pot/pan bottom diameter to the cooking zone diameter to prevent heat loss and potential damage.
- Use a lid if the cooking process allows.
- Use suitably sized cookware for the amount of food to avoid energy loss.
- Use a pressure cooker for dishes requiring long cooking times.
- Cook vegetables and potatoes in a smaller amount of water, with the pot tightly closed with a lid. Reduce heat to maintain a slow simmer after boiling.
If sugar or food with high sugar content spills on a hot glass ceramic hob, wipe it immediately or remove with a scraper, even if the zone is hot, to prevent damage. Do not use detergents on a hot hob as they can damage the surface.

Baking with Steam and Rotisserie
Baking with Steam
These systems allow cooking with added steam for better browning and surface crunchiness.
Place a baking sheet into the first guide when the oven is cool. Pour a maximum of 2 dl of water onto the baking sheet. Place food on the second rack and start the system. Do not insert the deep baking tray into the first guide; insert it one level higher. For optimal function, do not open the oven door or add water during cooking.
Descriptions of Systems (General Tips)
- Heating an empty oven consumes significant energy. Baking multiple items successively saves energy as the oven remains preheated.
- Use dark, black silicon-layered, or enamel-coated baking sheets and trays as they conduct heat well.
- Ensure parchment paper is resistant to high temperatures.
- Steam formed inside the oven is drained through the chimney. Condensation on the door and lid is normal and does not affect operation. Wipe off condensed water after cooking.
- Switch off the oven approximately 10 minutes before the end of cooking to save energy using accumulated heat.
- Do not cool food in a closed oven to prevent condensation.
Cooking with the Rotisserie (depending on model)
Maximum temperature when using the rotisserie is 230°C.
Insert the skewer support into the 3rd guide from the bottom and place the shallow baking sheet into the bottom (1st) guide as a drip tray. Impale meat on the skewer and tighten screws. Place the skewer handle on the front skewer support and insert the tip into the opening on the right side of the rear oven cavity wall (protected by a rotating cover). Undo the skewer handle and close the oven door. Switch on the oven and select the LARGE GRILL system.
The grill shall only be used when the oven door is closed. Do not use the grill on position 4.
Do not insert the deep baking tray into the first guide.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply and has cooled down before cleaning. Children should not clean the appliance or perform maintenance without supervision.
Stainless Steel Sheet Front Side (depending on model)
Clean with a mild detergent (soapsuds) and a soft sponge that will not scratch the finish. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaners containing solvents.
Lacquer-Coated Surfaces and Plastic Parts (depending on model)
Do not clean knobs, buttons, door handles, stickers, or rating/type plates with abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based cleaners, or alcohol. Immediately remove stains with a soft non-abrasive cloth and water. You may use cleaners intended for such surfaces as instructed by their manufacturers.
Enamel Surfaces (oven, cooking hob)
Use a damp sponge with detergent. Fatty stains can be removed with warm water and special enamel detergent. Never clean enamelled surfaces with abrasive means that could cause permanent damage.
Glass Surfaces
Do not use rough abrasive cleaning agents or sharp metal scrapers on oven door glass, as they can scratch or break the glass. Clean glass surfaces with specialized glass cleaners.
ℹ️ INFORMATION: Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
Cleaning the Cooking Hobs
Clean around cooking zones with hot water and washing-up liquid. For stubborn dirt, use a steel wool pad soaked with detergent, then rinse and dry. Liquids containing salt, boiled-over liquids, and moisture negatively affect cooking zones. Clean cooking zones regularly. Cooking zone rings made of stainless steel may turn yellowish after use due to heat exposure; this is normal and can be removed with metal cleaners. Aggressive dishwashing accessories are not suitable as they may cause scratches.
Cleaning the Glass Ceramic Surface
- After each use, wait for the glass ceramic surface to cool down and clean it to prevent impurities from burning on.
- Use special care products for regular maintenance to create a protective film.
- Before each use, wipe off dust or impurities from the hob and pan bottom that could scratch the surface.
- Steel wool, coarse sponges, and abrasive powders may scratch the surface. Aggressive spray cleaners and unsuitable liquid cleaners can also cause damage.
- Signage may wear off with aggressive cleaners or cookware with coarse/damaged bottoms.
- Use a damp soft cloth for minor impurities, then wipe dry.
- Remove water stains with a mild vinegar solution, but avoid wiping the frame (on some models) as it may lose its sheen. Do not use aggressive spray cleaners or descaling agents.
- Use special glass ceramic cleaners for stubborn dirt, following manufacturer instructions. Thoroughly remove cleaner residues.
- Remove stubborn/burnt residues with a scraper. Handle the scraper carefully to prevent injury. Do not press perpendicularly or scratch with its tip/blade.
- Immediately remove sugar or sugar-laden food with a scraper, even if the hob is hot, as sugar can permanently damage the surface.
Hold the scraper at a 45°-60° angle. Gently press and slide it over the dirt. Ensure the plastic handle does not contact a hot cooking zone.
Discoloration of the glass ceramic surface does not affect operation or stability. It's usually caused by burnt food residues or certain cookware materials (aluminum, copper) and is difficult to remove entirely. Such flaws only affect appearance and are not covered by warranty.
Oven Cleaning
Clean oven walls with a damp sponge and detergent. For stubborn stains, use a special enamel detergent. Wipe the oven dry after cleaning. Clean the oven only when completely cold. Never use abrasive agents. Wash oven utensils with a sponge and detergent; special detergents can be used for rough stains or burns.
Using the "Aqua Clean" Function
Turn the COOKING SYSTEM SELECTOR KNOB to AQUA CLEAN. Set the TEMPERATURE KNOB to 70°C. Pour 0.6 L water into a baking tray and place it in the lower guide. After 30 minutes, food residues will have softened and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Use the "AQUA CLEAN" system when the oven has fully cooled down.
Removing and Cleaning Wire and Telescopic Extendible Guides
Use conventional cleaners. Hold guides by the bottom side, pull towards the center, and remove from the top openings. Do not clean extendible guides in the dishwasher.
Installing the Catalytic Inserts (depending on model)
Use conventional cleaners to clean guides. Remove wire or extendible guides. Mount catalytic inserts onto the wire guides, ensuring the upper part of the guides fits into the upper openings "A" of the inserts. Place guides with inserts onto the upper openings "A" in the side walls of the oven and press them into the snap lock at the bottom "B". Do not wash catalytic inserts in the dishwasher.
Replacing the Bulb
The bulb is a consumable and not covered by warranty. Before changing, remove trays, grid, and guides. Disconnect the appliance from mains power. Undo the bulb cover and pull out or undo the bulb. Halogen lamp: G9, 230 V, 25 W. (regular bulb E14, 230 V, 25 W depending on model). Use protection to avoid burns.
Comfort Door Closing (depending on model)
Cookers are equipped with secure door hinges for quiet and gentle closing. If excessive force is applied, the system's efficiency or safety may be reduced.
Door Lock (depending on model)
Open the door lock by gently pushing it to the right with your thumb while pulling the door outwards. When the oven door is closed, the lock automatically returns to its initial position.
Removing and Replacing the Oven Door (depending on model)
Open the oven door to its end position. Rotate the flaps of door hinges (by 90° for COMFORT soft closing system). Slowly close the door until flaps fit together with hinges in the side laths. At an angle of 15° (relative to the closed door position), slightly close the door and pull it out from both hinges. Before replacing, check hinge flaps are correctly placed in side laths to prevent sudden closing and risk of injury.
To remove the door glass pane for cleaning:
- Remove the oven door (see "Removing and replacing the oven door").
- Lift supports on the left and right side of the door (marking 1) and pull them away from the glass pane (marking 2).
