Energy Saving Tips
- Pots and their bases should have the same diameter as the cooking zone. If the pot or pan is too small, heat energy will escape, and the cooking zone may be damaged.
- Use a lid if it does not interfere with cooking.
- The size of the pot should be appropriate for the amount of food. Cooking a small amount of food in a large pot or pan causes more energy to escape.
- If the preparation of a dish is long-term, use a pressure cooker.
- Vegetables, potatoes, etc. can be cooked in a small amount of water. This does not affect the quality of cooking, provided the pot is tightly closed with a lid. After bringing the water to a boil, reduce the heat level so that it is sufficient to maintain simmering.
Gas Burners
- To sear food, first set the burner to maximum power, then continue frying at minimum power.
- In some models, the cooker burners are equipped with a thermoelectric safety device. If the burner flame goes out (due to boiling over, drafts, etc.), the gas supply is automatically cut off. This eliminates any possibility of gas escaping into the room.
- Always cover the burner crown completely with the cap. Remember that the holes in the burner crown must never be blocked.

Tips for Cookware
- Choosing the right cookware allows for optimal cooking time and gas consumption. The diameter of the cookware is most important in this regard.
- If the pot or pan is too small, it will be damaged by the flames extending beyond the edges of its base. Gas consumption will also be higher.
- If the pot or pan is too large, there is insufficient air supply, and combustion is less efficient.
Gas cooker regulator (in some models only). Use the gas cooker regulator when cooking with smaller diameter cookware. Place it on the rack above the auxiliary burner.
Burner type | Vessel diameter |
Large (3.0 kW) | 220-260 mm |
Normal (1.9 kW) | 180-220 mm |
Auxiliary (1.0 kW) | 120-180 mm |
Multi-ring burner (3.6 kW) | 220-260 mm |
Ignition and Burner Operation
Always press the knob before turning it. The power level is indicated on the knobs by the symbol for a large and small flame. By turning the knob, change its position from large to small flame (0) and back. Both flame symbols indicate the operating range. It is not recommended to set the position between (0) and P, as the flame in this range is unstable and may go out.
To turn off the burner, turn the knob clockwise to the position ().
Ignition with One Hand
To ignite the gas burner, press and turn the corresponding knob to the maximum position. The ignition spark will generate an electric spark, and the gas will ignite.
Ignition with Two Hands
To ignite the gas burner, press and turn the corresponding knob to the maximum position. Press the ignition spark button. The ignition spark will generate an electric spark, and the gas will ignite.
Electric ignition only works when the power cable is connected to the electrical network. If electric ignition does not work due to a power outage or wet ignition spark plugs, the gas can still be ignited using a match or lighter.
After ignition, hold the knob pressed for approx. 5 seconds in the pressed position until the flame stabilizes.
! If the burner does not ignite within 15 seconds, turn it off and wait at least 1 minute. Then repeat the ignition procedure. If the burner flame goes out (for any reason), turn off the burner and wait 1 minute before trying to ignite it again.
A Always ignite the gas burner first, then place a pot on it. For your safety, never lean over the lit burner while igniting or cooking.

PERFORATED BAKING TRAY (tray with holes)
The perforated baking tray (tray with holes) is used for preparing food in programs that use steam and for intensive baking (air fry). The holes allow for better air circulation around the food, making it crispier. When baking food with high water content, place a baking tray or deep baking dish one level lower.
STEAM COOKING
With these systems, you can cook with added steam. Steam leads to better browning and crispier surfaces.
Place the baking tray in the first guide, while the oven is still cold. Pour a maximum of 2 dl of water into the baking tray. Place the food in the second guide and start the system.
Do not place a deep baking dish in the first guide; place it one level higher.
To ensure optimal function, do not open the oven door or add water during cooking.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTIONS
- Preheating an empty oven consumes a lot of energy. Therefore, baking several types of cakes or pizzas consecutively will save a lot of energy, as the oven will already be hot.
- Use dark, black silicone or enamel baking sheets and trays, as they have very good thermal conductivity.
- If using parchment paper, ensure it is resistant to high temperatures.
- Steam is generated during food preparation in the oven and is vented through the chimney on the rear wall of the appliance. Steam may condense on the door or lid of the appliance (depending on the model). This is normal and does not affect the appliance's operation. After cooking, wipe off the condensation with a cloth.
- To save energy by utilizing residual heat, switch off the oven about 10 minutes before finishing the meal preparation.
- To avoid condensation (dew), do not leave food to cool in a closed oven.
Rotisserie Baking (depending on model)
Maximum temperature when using the rotisserie is 230°C.
Place the rotisserie support in the third guide from the bottom, and place a flat baking sheet in the bottom (first) guide to catch drips.
Skewer the meat and tighten the screws.
Place the rotisserie handle on the front rotisserie support, and insert the end into the hole on the right side of the oven's rear wall (the hole is protected by a rotating cover).
Unscrew the handle and close the oven door.
Turn on the oven and select the LARGE GRILL program.
! Do not use the grill in position 4. The grill can only be used when the oven door is closed.
A Do not place a deep baking dish in the first guide.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Ensure the appliance is switched off and has cooled down. Children should not clean the appliance or perform any maintenance tasks without adequate supervision.
Aluminum Coating (Gas Burner)
For cleaning the aluminum coating, use liquid, non-abrasive cleaning agents intended for such surfaces. Apply the cleaning agent to a damp cloth and clean the surface. Then rinse the surface with water. Do not apply the cleaning agent directly to the aluminum coating. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or sponges.
Aluminum surfaces must not come into contact with aerosol oven cleaners, as this could cause visible and permanent damage.
Stainless Steel Front Panel (depending on model)
To clean this surface, use only mild detergents (soapy water) and a soft sponge that will not scratch the finish. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the housing finish.
Lacquered Surfaces and Plastic Parts (depending on model)

You can also use cleaning agents and materials intended for such surfaces according to their manufacturers' instructions.
Enameled Surfaces (Oven, Hob)
Clean with a damp sponge and detergent. Greasy stains can be removed with warm water and a special enamel cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaning agents that can permanently damage the appliance surface to clean enameled surfaces.
Glass Surfaces
Do not use strong abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass, as they may cause the surface to crack, potentially leading to the glass breaking. Clean glass surfaces with special glass, mirror, and window cleaners.
INFORMATION: Do not use aggressive and abrasive cleaning agents.
GAS BURNER
The rack, hob surface, and burner elements can be cleaned with hot water and a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Do not clean them in a dishwasher. Clean the thermocouple and ignition spark plug with a soft brush. For proper operation, these elements must be impeccably clean. The burner crown and cap also require cleaning. Check that the holes in the burner crown are not clogged or blocked in any way.
After cleaning, thoroughly dry all parts and reassemble them correctly. Incorrectly fitted parts will make burner ignition difficult.
Burner caps are coated with black enamel. Due to high temperatures, discoloration cannot be avoided, but it does not affect the burner's operation.
OVEN
To clean the oven walls, use a damp sponge with detergent. For stubborn dirt ingrained in the oven walls, use a special enamel cleaner. After cleaning, wipe the oven thoroughly dry. Clean the oven only when it has completely cooled down. Never use abrasive agents, as they may scratch the enameled surface.
Clean oven accessories (rack, pot, etc.) with a sponge and detergent or in a dishwasher. For removing stubborn dirt or burnt-on marks, special detergents can also be used.
CLEANING THE OVEN USING THE AQUA CLEAN FUNCTION
Turn the food preparation system selection knob to the Aqua Clean position. Set the temperature knob to 70°C. Pour 0.6 l of water into the baking tray and place it in any guide. After 30 minutes, food residues on the enameled oven walls will soften and can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
