Bestway SmartSpa™ App Connection Guide

Download the App

Download the Bestway SmartSpa™ App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can also download the app by scanning the QR code on the pump.

Connecting Your SmartSpa™

Note: During operation, your phone must be within two meters of the hot tub pump until the connection is completed.

  1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi, and turn on Bluetooth to speed up the connection.
  2. Plug in the hot tub. Press and hold the [Wi-Fi button] on your hot tub pump for 3 seconds to begin syncing. The Wi-Fi indicator light should be flashing slowly.
  3. Open the App on your mobile device. Follow the step-by-step guide to sync with your hot tub pump.

Disconnecting Your SmartSpa™

Press the [Wi-Fi button] for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes slowly.
