Bestway SmartSpa App: Connect Your Hot Tub

Download the App

To control your Bestway hot tub remotely, download the Bestway SmartSpa™ App. You can find it on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided on the pump unit to download the app.

Connecting Your Hot Tub

Follow these steps to connect your hot tub to the SmartSpa™ App:

1. Preparation: Ensure your mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi network. For a faster connection, turn on your device's Bluetooth.
2. Hot Tub Setup: Plug in your hot tub. Locate the Wi-Fi button on the hot tub pump. Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to initiate the syncing process. The Wi-Fi indicator light on the pump should begin to flash slowly, indicating it's ready for pairing.
3. App Synchronization: Open the Bestway SmartSpa™ App on your mobile device. Follow the step-by-step instructions within the app to successfully sync with your hot tub pump.

Important Note: During the initial connection process, your mobile phone must remain within two meters of the hot tub pump until the connection is fully established.

Disconnecting Your Hot Tub

To disconnect the hot tub from the app or network, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the pump for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator light will flash slowly, confirming the disconnection.
