Connecting Your Bestway Lay-Z-Spa to the Smart Hub App

To get started, download the LAY-Z-SPA® (UK Market only) or Bestway Smart Hub™™ app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Connection Steps

Ensure your mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi and turn on Bluetooth to speed up the connection process.
Plug in your spa. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your spa pump for 3 seconds to begin syncing. The Wi-Fi indicator light should be flashing slowly.
Open the app on your mobile device and follow the step-by-step guide to sync with your spa pump.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes slowly.
